As a new trend in the construction and development of municipal pipeline engineering in China,the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery is being vigorously promoted and constructed.In recent years,many attempts have been made in the planning,construction and development of the comprehensive pipe gallery in China,and many problems have been encountered,especially the problem of the complex underground structure being penetrated under the comprehensive pipe gallery.The implementation plan of urban comprehensive pipe gallery construction is changeable,the risk factors are complex,and the cost difference is huge,which causes many decision-making difficulties to the owner,design,construction and other parties,and affects the promotion and implementation of the whole project.Reasonable choice scheme can reduce the risk,to meet the different needs of the parties to the project,the construction scheme of wear node under the as important factors influencing decision-making utility tunnel construction,the comprehensive utility tunnel plays an important role in the process of project construction,the construction plan comparison study,has the very vital significance.Based on the above background,this paper,taking a comprehensive utility tunnel through AA in highway and railway engineering implementation plan as the main research object,the contrast of urban underground pipe the advantages and disadvantages of different trenchless construction scheme,combining with the characteristics of the project,through on-site investigation,combined theory with practice,from multiple solutions,multi-angle analysis and advantages and disadvantages of the influence of wear under the scheme,by means of value engineering,The construction scheme comparison model is established,and the optimal construction scheme is selected comprehensively from the perspective of input-output.In the process of functional analysis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the scheme evaluation model,assign values to the functional indicators,and carry out functional analysis on the construction scheme.Of this study is to provide help for the project smoothly,scheme selection for the construction of the urban comprehensive utility tunnel provide support on the level of research,also as a comprehensive utility tunnel under complicated environment trenchless construction projects,and is helpful to improve the current design method of urban comprehensive utility tunnel,for our country provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the subsequent decisions.
