| At present,with its unique advantages,contactless urban rail vehicles have been widely used in urban rail transit system.As the power source of the whole vehicle,the reliability of electrical system is very important for vehicles and the whole urban rail system.Therefore,how to formulate the maintenance plan of electrical system is of great significance to the safety and stability of its operation.Firstly,considering the complexity of urban rail vehicle electrical system without contact network,a hierarchical analysis and evaluation model is adopted to construct the health evaluation index system of electrical system,and an evaluation method of neighborhood rough set combined with improved analytic hierarchy process is proposed.The neighborhood rough set theory is used to reduce the electrical system indexes,delete the redundant indexes and obtain the importance of the remaining indexes.Combined with the improved analytic hierarchy process of index importance,the judgment matrix is reconstructed,and a hybrid logical structure model and the calculation method of health degree are proposed to evaluate the health state of the system.Secondly,calculate the failure rate according to the health index of each equipment in the electrical system,introduce the fallback factor according to the actual maintenance conditions,and calculate the actual failure rate after maintenance in combination with different maintenance types.At the same time,by quantifying the loss of equipment failure,the importance of equipment is measured by the asset loss of equipment failure.Calculate the risk value of electrical equipment in combination with failure rate and importance,and establish the control matrix of electrical system.Finally,according to the management and control matrix,the condition based maintenance model of electrical system is proposed.Combined with the economy of maintenance and system operation risk,differential evolution algorithm is used to formulate the maintenance strategy of electrical system.Combined with the operation inspection data,build the health management system of the electrical system of urban rail vehicles without contact network,and establish the application center of comprehensive health management technology,interactive technical data manual,intelligent operation maintenance and intelligent parts supply.The research on health status assessment,risk assessment and maintenance decisionmaking of electrical system shows that the evaluation method of neighborhood rough set combined with improved analytic hierarchy process avoids the dilution of important index weight in calculation,and can improve the accuracy of evaluation for complex systems.The fault rate and importance are used to calculate the risk value of electrical equipment,which simplifies the calculation method of risk.The research on condition based maintenance using differential evolution algorithm can obtain a reasonable maintenance strategy,which has a certain application value. |
