Study On The Construction Of Learning Organization In Production Workshop Of J Machinery Manufacturing Company

Under the current social environment,knowledge and information have become the core elements of economic development,and have an important impact on the survival and development of enterprises.In this case,enterprises are required to attach importance to the role of knowledge and information in the process of development,take the initiative to change the way of organizational management,and explore new forms and modes of organizational management.Learning organization integrates the elements of knowledge and information,pays attention to the construction of continuous learning,continuous innovation organizational form,so it has become a new choice for enterprises to implement organizational reform.By carrying out the construction of learning organization,enterprises can not only improve the market competitiveness of products,enhance the innovation ability and creative vitality in the production process,but also enable enterprises to adapt to development and change faster,meet the development needs,and promote enterprises to achieve sustainable development.This paper takes the production workshop of J Company as the research object,analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the learning organization construction,and proposes the learning organization construction scheme and guarantee measures for the production workshop.First of all,this paper summarizes the research status and related theories of learning organization at home and abroad,providing a theoretical basis for the formulation of follow-up plans and safeguard measures.Second,through the comparative analysis of the current construction situation of J company’s production workshop and the mature learning organization,find out the problems existing in the current construction situation,and then further analyze the causes of existing problems,and conclude the causes of problems.Third,this paper,by using the methods of interview,questionnaire investigation and expert consultation to J company production workshop study of the influence factors of the learning organization,comparing with the results based on the research analysis,summed up six factors: cognitive concept,importance,information technology,rules and regulations,cultural construction,capital guarantee.Fourth,work out the learning organization construction plan of J company’s production workshop;The content of the specific plan includes five parts: objective and principle,general idea,system design plan,concrete implementation plan and phased implementation.Fifthly,put forward four guarantee measures for the construction of learning organization in J company’s production workshop,improve the organizational structure,strengthen the project fund guarantee,improve the attention of all staff and increase the process control link.Through the construction of learning organization in the production workshop of J Company,learning difficulties in the production workshop can be improved to a certain extent,mechanical production problems can be reduced,and product quality can be improved.At the same time,it also provides reference for other production-oriented enterprises to construct learning organization.
