| Energy is the cornerstone of social development,and the contradiction between the non-renewable nature of traditional energy and the energy demand of society is becoming more and more prominent,therefore,the need for energy transition is extremely urgent.The construction of energy internet can promote the development of clean energy,advance energy transformation and achieve sustainable development.At the same time,the government plays an important role in promoting the construction of the energy internet.This paper constructs an evaluation system of energy internet from five dimensions:economic,social,energy,environment,and engineering,evaluates and analyzes the current situation in Yinchuan,a demonstration city of energy internet,and discusses the management role played by the government in the construction process of energy internet and analyzes its shortcomings,so as to propose policy suggestions accordingly.The conclusions show that the government should strengthen the unified planning of the energy internet and enhance the awareness guidance for the general public;clarify various energy price mechanisms,play an important role in optimizing the allocation of market resources and promote the coordinated development of industries;establish a sound capital guarantee mechanism and improve the green trading mechanism;and finally improve the supervision and management mechanism to ensure the implementation of policies,guidelines and strategies.To a certain extent,this paper makes up for the lack of research on the management role of the government in the construction of the energy internet in Yinchuan,and enhances the value of the government in the construction of the energy internet;in addition,this paper takes Yinchuan,a model city of energy internet construction,as the research object,and the conclusions obtained have certain reference value for the construction of the energy internet in other cities and even the whole China.At the same time,it is conducive to promoting the government to better play its management function in the construction of the energy internet. |
