Traditional chemical propulsion technology in the aerospace field has been unable to meet the needs of future space exploration,especially deep space exploration,due to low energy density and low system reliability.An electric propulsion system is a type of spacecraft propulsion system that uses electric energy heating or ionizing propellant to accelerate injection to generate thrust.The power handling system is the core device in the electric propulsion system that is responsible for converting solar or nuclear energy into thrust.The working environment of deep space exploration is very complicated.The main difficulty is that there are fewer sources of power in the deep space.The output voltage range of the electric propulsion system needs to be wide to meet various possibilities.Because of the lack of heat dissipation,the electric propulsion module has to have higher efficiency.The deep space working environment requires high radiation adaptability.Therefore,higher requirements are placed on the performance of the anode power supply of the electric propulsion system.With the development of semiconductor technology,the popularity of SiC power devices that are capable of stable operation in a radiation environment and a wide temperature range also provides more possibilities for the design of the propulsion system.Based on a deep space exploration electric propulsion system design requirement,this paper designs an anode power module for electric propulsion system that can work stably in deep space and harsh environment.The feasibility of the design of SiC power devices was explored for the particularity of the environment.The working principle and gain characteristics of the full-bridge LLC resonant circuit are analyzed in detail based on the fundamental wave equivalent method of one-time Fourier transform.The influence of various parameters on the working condition of the circuit is pointed out.In order to ensure the stability of the output voltage,a magnetically coupled isolated feedback circuit with strong radiation resistance is designed.In order to increase the voltage output range of the anode power module,an LLC full-bridge/half-bridge topology conversion circuit module based on analog circuit is proposed innovatively.Based on the circuit design,in order to verify the correctness of the theoretical research,the circuit parameters were simulated and verified.Based on the conclusions of the simulation verification,multiple versions of the PCB were drawn and welded,and the first version of the anode power supply was built.The debugging of the whole module was completed,and the various indexes of the prototype were tested in the simulation environment.Finally,through the research on the test data and waveform,it was verified that the circuit design of the anode power supply can meet the requirements of the electric propulsion system.
