In the background of "Made in China 2025" policy,the high cost and instability of human resources make more companies tend to replace human resources with automated equipment,so as to promote production operations in an orderly and effective manner,and complete production tasks in quality and quantity and on time.Asbestos gaskets are soft,large in size,and prone to electrostatic adsorption,there are problems of high labor cost and low production efficiency in the production process.Based on the production demand of Changchun Lantian Company,the design of asbestos gasket production line equipment and key technology research were carried out.Facing the automatic production demand of asbestos substrate board roller printing,palletizing and weighing,the company builds an automatic production line integrating turning,roller printing,palletizing and weighing,mainly consisting of substrate board turning machine,trademark roller printing machine,transfer palletizing mechanism and weighing equipment,which solves the problems of low production efficiency,high labor intensity and low weighing accuracy caused by manual operation.In view of the problems of large size of asbestos substrate board,static pressure and electrostatic adsorption,which make it impossible to realize the separation and turning of substrate board quickly,the design of automatic substrate board turning machine mainly consists of substrate board layering mechanism,oscillating board feeding mechanism,roller friction conveying mechanism,etc.With the goal of smoothest force on the cylinder,we optimize the design of the swing feed mechanism of the substrate plate.Completed the design of pneumatic system and working cycle diagram of the turning machine.In view of the large size of asbestos substrate boards and the low accuracy and efficiency of manual palletizing due to their softness and bending,the design of the substrate board transfer palletizing mechanism,which integrates transfer and palletizing functions,is completed,mainly consisting of transfer support frame,horizontal transfer mechanism,vertical lifting mechanism and vacuum adsorption mechanism.In order to meet the requirement of close fitting of vacuum suction cups to asbestos substrate boards during the transfer process,the vacuum suction cup arrangement in the transfer palletizing mechanism was optimized by combining theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.Based on the stability requirements of the transfer support frame,the response surface optimization method is used to optimize the design with the goal of lightweight and optimal mechanical properties of the support frame.Based on the coherence and complexity of the asbestos substrate plate turning and labeling,palletizing and weighing process,we analyze the control requirements of the automated production line and build an automated production line control system with PLC as the core and industrial touch screen as the auxiliary.
