| The traditional independent operation mode of multi-standard rail transit can no longer meet the growing travel needs of residents between the central city of the metropolitan area and important urban(town)clusters in the suburbs,which has become an obstacle to the healthy and sustainable development of China’s metropolitan area.Under the background of strategic deployment such as “metropolitan rail transit integration”,promoting the implementation of rail transit through operations between different standard with conditions has become a research hotspot in the field of rail transit and has formed a development trend.The through operation mode of multi-standard rail transit in metropolitan area can effectively relieve the operating pressure of interchange station,save the travel time of passengers,strengthen the internal connection of metropolitan area,and serve the development strategic requirements of metropolitan area,which has both theoretical and practical research significance.The main research content and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)This paper describes the overview of rail transit through operations in metropolitan areas.Comprehensively summarize the key technologies involved in implementing the rail transit through operation mode,analyze the differences in key technologies,and provide positive attempts and advanced experiences made at home and abroad to solve relevant key technical issues.The analysis results indicate that as the standard span increases,the differences in key technologies become larger.It is recommended to give priority to the development of rail transit modes between suburban railways and intercity railways,as well as between suburban railways and urban rail transit.(2)Study the boundary conditions of passenger flow and carrying capacity for rail transit through operations.The boundary conditions of passenger flow are studied from the perspectives of the positive and negative effects of rail transit operation and the service level of rail transit trains.It was found that under the calculation conditions in this paper,the boundary conditions of passenger flow for through between suburban railways and subways were 6387 people/h,and the boundary conditions of passenger flow for through between suburban railways and intercity railways were 2160 people/h.On the basis of existing research,a calculation model for carrying capacity under through operation is proposed,and the boundary conditions of carrying capacity are solved and analyzed through numerical examples.The results indicate that the greater the difference in train speed levels on the line,the greater the loss of carrying capacity.It is recommended that the speed of trains passing through the track should be consistent with the speed of trains on the main line in the through section.(3)By introducing prospect theory and passenger flow path assignment Logit model,the bounded rational path selection behavior of passengers under rail transit through operations is depicted.With the goal of minimizing the total passenger time and total enterprise cost,an optimization model for rail transit through operation plans is constructed considering constraints such as carrying capacity,service level,full load ratio,and length of rail transit through sections.Based on the characteristics of the model,the corresponding NSGA-Ⅱsolution algorithm is selected and designed.(4)A numerical example is designed to verify the feasibility and rationality of the model and algorithm.The analysis of numerical examples and the comparison of pre and post orbital schemes show that: on the one hand,the designed NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm has good convergence,and in practice,decision makers can further select the optimal solution based on different decision-making index weights;When the decision-maker has no obvious decision-making preference,the ideal solution selected through the fuzzy logic method reduces the total cost of the enterprise compared to the intermediate solution,and accelerates the turnover of trains on the subway line with large passenger flow.The ideal solution,as the optimal solution,conforms to the public operation philosophy of subway and suburban railways.The analysis of key parameter disturbances illustrates the passenger flow characteristic scenarios applicable to the operation of rail through trains,which can provide further reference for the practice of rail through operation modes. |
