To conform to the trend of development,the value creation needs to be valued,with a view to finding value added and creation in value chain activities.Scholars also continue to study value creation,and analyze the generation and maintenance of competitive advantage.As the environment changes,static analysis alone is not sufficient.So,dynamic capabilities are a concern.Although there are a lot of scholars doing research,the implications and effects of dynamic capabilities are no uniform standard.This thesis focuses on the impact of dynamic capability on value creation,takes ZBOM as the research object,and conducts the research in a case study manner.Encoding the data,identify the dynamic capability of ZBOM qualitatively.Divide abstract dynamic capabilities into concrete.Perception and recognition ability,integration and expansion ability,learning and innovation ability,network coordination ability.Many methods are used to analyze.Dynamic capabilities improve the original chain,it can improve efficiency,and realize value creation.Dynamic capabilities create new products,it can increase profits,and realize value creation.Dynamic capabilities ink the inner and outer chains,developing a team and coordinating inside and outside,it can avoid risk,and realize value creation.Dynamic capability influences the positive effect of value creation.Such as increasing income,accelerating net profit growth,and getting value,reducing the risk of growth.Eva is positive,and the growth rate is fast,sharing the value.The negative effects of value creation,increasing the investment,costs and expenses.And the cash flow is not active.The conclusion can be drawn,dynamic capabilities play a key role in the value chain,and influence value creation,having an impact.For positive effects inspire similar enterprises.For negative effects,the study also suggests revisions,strengthening assessment tracking,reducing the fee rate,increasing the rate of repayment,and managing cash flow.
