Research On Risk Management Of H Electric Power Dispatch Exchange Technical Transformation Project

In recent decades,The electric power communication technology developed rapidly and also the industry,the number of such projects increasing year by year,meanwhile,the problems like project quality and progress are becoming more serious.That is why we need to pay more attention on the risk management of these projects.At the moment,the dedicated network which carries electric power communication services is not complete enough,the model of risk management is not appropriate,and also the lack of awareness of the kinds of stuff in this field.Through the study of relevant literature resources,this dissertation analyzes the relevant theoretical research and practical case results of risk management at home and abroad,and comprehensively analyzes the risk management process and methods of power communication project with H electric power dispatch exchange technical transformation project as a research case.Based on integrating theory with practice,the research is carried out from the following points: Firstly,it expounds the relevant concepts involved in the case project,and fully expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of risk,risk management and power dispatching exchange,to provide theoretical basis and foundation for subsequent case studies;Then it introduces the situation,project overview and project implementation scheme of H company,which is the Construction Party of the project,to provide a practical basis for the later case project risk management research;Then the scientific method is used to identify the risk factors of H electric power dispatch exchange technical project,a total of 4 categories and 16 risk factors are identified,and then the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the main risk factors of the project;Finally,formulate specific project risk response measures according to the main risk factors of the project.This dissertation provides a certain theoretical reference and method reference for the risk management of similar technical transformation projects and other communication technical transformation projects of power enterprises in the future,enhances the risk management awareness of power employees,and promotes the risk management of power enterprises.
