In recent years,with the domestic real estate market turned cold,the downstream building decoration industry market competition is increasingly fierce.With the increasing penetration rate of the Internet in the architectural decoration industry,new models and new ways of playing continue to emerge.If domestic building decoration enterprises want to survive and develop in the fierce competition environment and the rapidly changing market environment,they need employees with stronger subjective enthusiasm and innovation ability,especially as the core talents of the enterprise management staff.The traditional compensation model of management position in building decoration industry is mostly simple and crude basic salary and commission form.Such a compensation incentive model is increasingly lacking in practical incentive effect,and has spawned a series of problems,such as the failure to implement strategy,the lack of subjective enthusiasm of management,poor innovation ability,and the deviation between employees and corporate values.How to build a scientific system and implement the compensation incentive model of the management position of the enterprise is very important,and even plays a key role in the survival of the enterprise.FJJ Decoration Company is a growing Internet decoration enterprise,mainly engaged in C-terminal customer home decoration business,and through the independent research and development of the Internet platform to obtain accurate user traffic,but also distributed to other cooperative enterprises in the industry.Enterprises rely on technical advantages,through information technology and Internet technology to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and improve customer satisfaction.However,with the development of enterprises and the continuous increase of personnel,the original management post compensation incentive model has such problems as fairness,insufficient incentive and so on,which affect the development of enterprises.Based on the above situation,this paper diagnoses the salary incentive mode of management staff.Through the interview with all managers,discuss and according to the current research results of the compensation theory,find the various existing in the enterprise compensation system,use the theory combined with the actual practice of the enterprise for in-depth analysis,design a more scientific and reasonable compensation system optimization scheme for the staff of the enterprise management position.Optimization from the adjustment of the compensation system,the establishment of fixed compensation system,profit bonus system,KPI performance appraisal rules of optimization was studied in detail,in order to maximize the management job pay system optimization to help enterprises to continue to maintain the momentum of rapid development,achieve the strategic development of the enterprise.Then this paper from the implementation of the system optimization guarantee to do a detailed description of the introduction,in order to ensure that the compensation system optimization scheme can be implemented and play an important role.The practical significance of this paper is to provide scientific and effective suggestions for the compensation system of FJJ company’s management positions,and provide strong support for the construction and optimization of the compensation system of FJJ company and the strategic development of the enterprise,and it can be extended to all employees of FJJ company in the future.At the same time,it can also provide a certain reference for similar enterprises.
