Design And Experimental Research Of Automatic Transmission Test Benc

With the development of economy and science and technology,the auto industry has developed rapidly under the promotion of the market and the joint efforts of relevant employees.Transmission is one of the key parts of modern automobile,its performance and quality are directly related to the vehicle’s power,economy,but also related to the driver’s comfort and safety.Hydraulic automatic transmission occupies an important position in the transmission market because of its early development time,mature technology,low manufacturing cost,high reliability and good comfort.In the process of transmission development and maintenance,the bench test has become an indispensable part,so the development of automatic transmission test bench has become inevitable.This paper studies and designs a test bed that can carry out shift test and skid test for automatic transmission.This paper mainly includes the following research tasks:(1)the detailed refer to the status and results of the test bed of transmission at home and abroad,on the basis of detailed analysis of the structure and working principle of automatic transmission,and analyzes all kinds of transmission structure principle and control scheme of the test rig,draw lessons from and absorbing the advanced design idea,determine the automatic transmission test-bed for open test rig.(2)According to the relevant requirements of the corresponding national transmission bench test method and transmission assembly technical conditions,the test content and technical parameters of the test bench are determined.Analysis of the test bed decorate a form,to establish the total structure of automatic transmission test-bed with corresponding power input system of automatic transmission test-bed,loading system,fuel supply system,shifting device has carried on the detailed design,selection,the main components and the transmission test bench to design the clamping mechanism,coupling,sprocket.(3)Based on the Amesim simulation software,the test bed model of automatic transmission is established,and the simulation analysis is conducted.The simulation results show that the designed automatic transmission test bench achieves the expected goal.(4)according to the design content,finished the test of the prototype manufacturing,has carried on the transmission test bench test,the test data obtained was analyzed,and through the test results show that the test rig can complete design of experiment content,can complete transmission test work good,developed the automatic transmission test-bed meets the design requirements.
