| In order to meet the development of digital construction in the construction industry,Internet Y Company in the construction industry constantly develops and iterates R&D projects to meet the needs of business development.At present,Y Company is faced with a large number of new product research and development,new product development and other problems.Because of the constant resource conflicts in the project when multiple projects are in parallel,and the lack of effective project priority management mechanism for resource input,it is unable to quickly determine the project priority,reasonably use resources,and subtract project process management.Therefore,it is urgent to study the project priority evaluation system to solve the multi project management problem.Firstly,the research status and results of priority evaluation and multi project management at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed,and the industry background and project management status and problems of Y Company are analyzed and summarized,and the construction scheme of Y Company’s project priority evaluation system is proposed.According to the characteristics of Y Company,the Delphi method was adopted in the definition stage of priority indicators.Through the establishment of an expert team and the research,five first level indicators,including project value,project technology,project implementation risk,project scale and dependency,and 16 second level indicators,were defined.In the indicator weight establishment stage,the weights of the first level indicators were 34.483%,23.887%,18.331%,13.998% and 9.301% calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process,and passed the consistency test.In the application stage,by scoring the actual projects,the TOPSIS method was used to build a weighted standardized decision-making matrix through the 16 indicators determined.By comparing the distance with the ideal solution,the five projects were finally evaluated and ranked comprehensively,providing a reference basis for resource allocation.In terms of effectiveness,the data shows that the proportion of man hours invested in high-value development by the industry research center of Y Company has significantly increased from 70.9% to 83.9%,and the proportion of high-value projects has increased by nearly 25%.In addition,according to the existing project performance scoring system of Y Company,we further found the positive impact of project priority on project performance through linear regression method,which further shows that Y Company is effective in establishing the project priority evaluation system.The research of this paper provides valuable suggestions for Y Company to solve the conflict of multi project resources and improve the performance of multi project management.It provides valuable reference for similar companies to improve the performance of multi project management. |
