| With the development of society,ageing and the planning of the elderly service system has become one of the hot issues of social concern.According to the survey,it is found that the rapid development of ageing in China,the increasing proportion of empty nesters and elderly people living alone as well as the shrinking scale of family structure will weaken the family elderly function.Moreover,the design concept of existing nursing homes is outdated,and there are still possibilities for enrichment and expansion of the internal space design.In recent years,with the development of the sharing economy era,people have become more and more agreeable to sharing.This paper takes the internal space of nursing home buildings as a research object and uses the concept of shared living as a medium.Starting from a vision of the elderly’s need for space,the design principles of the internal space of a retirement facility are proposed from the perspective of sharing,the organisational model.The study begins with the following elements,an analysis of the current situation of ageing in China,clarifying the purpose,object and significance of the study.Explaining the traceability of shared living to derive the suitability of shared living and showing the possibility of designing the internal space of nursing home buildings towards a shared living model.The study investigates the situation of elderly care in Handan and the demands of local elderly people for a vision of space,systematically analyses the current situation of nursing homes in Shibu County comparing the advantages and shortcomings,analyses and compares the cases of nursing homes in shared living mode at home and abroad,summarises the shared elements and the number of excellent cases,and provides reference for the next practice cases.Finally,the design strategy of the shared living model in the internal space of nursing homes is proposed,and the design method of its spatial organisation is explored using the Shibu County Civil Service Centre nursing home as a practical case. |
