Whole Process Cost Management Based On Investment Control

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,social production,more and more sewage generated by life,the government is also paying more and more attention to environmental issues,the scale of construction of sewage treatment projects,sewage treatment capacity continues to increase in the new form,the sewage treatment industry,engineering cost management is also facing new challenges,from the previous phased cost management control,and gradually to the whole process of cost management change.And investment control as an important factor in the whole process of cost management,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on it.This thesis takes a large wastewater treatment plant expansion project as an example,based on investment control as the core,the whole process of cost management for in-depth study.First of all,combined with the analysis of the key points of the case,the main content of the whole process of cost management is discussed,and the implementation process of the whole process of cost management is analyzed in depth,including the cost management of the pre-investment decision,the cost management of the design management stage of the limit design as the core,the cost management of the bidding management stage,the cost management of the construction stage and the cost management of the settlement stage.The problems of cost management in the whole process of wastewater treatment projects are analyzed,and corresponding control measures are proposed.Then,the application case is combined with the empirical analysis of the dependent project.The research in this thesis,to a certain extent,can provide reference for the whole process cost management of similar projects,while further optimization of cost management tools is needed to save government investment.
