Study On The Design Strategy Of Open Transformation Of Danwei Compound Based On Multiple Perspectives

During the planned economy,the Danwei compound has become one of the most important units in the material structure of China’s urban development at all levels,and it is also an important projection of China’s urban community management,land resource allocation,production organization and living support,and social service system in the urban spatial structure since modern times,and the development and disintegration of the Danwei compound is the epitome of China’s urban development concept from rough and loose to intensive development.The development and disintegration of the Danwei compound is the epitome of China’s urban development concept from crude to intensive.In the context of incremental development to stock development,there are still a large proportion of compound legacy spaces in China’s urban hinterland,which impede the construction of urban wholeness,and the renewal of compound material space is urgent.Therefore,this paper explores the effective ways of compound renewal from the perspectives of construction management,planning and design,users and construction units,and provides some ideas and suggestions for the realization of urban holistic construction in China.Based on the inspiration of the "open neighborhood" theory to the renewal of China’s residential areas,this paper uses interviews and questionnaires to study the perceptions,necessity perceptions,resistance and experience sharing of multiple parties involved in the renovation projects of Nanchang Danwei compounds in recent years.It seeks to summarize the implementation strategies for realizing the open Danwei compound renovation design through goal-oriented,problem-oriented,and experience feedback,and provides the ideas and suggestions for the current practice practice of openness renewal.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the structural nature,development requirements and development problems of China’s cities under the development requirements of openness,and in this context this paper compares the theories and practices related to openness as well as the main research ideas,research contents and research methods.The second chapter is the elaboration of the process of open transformation,crossapplying the knowledge of management discipline and urban planning discipline to sort out the transformation process of Danwei compound,the participating departments,the main responsibilities and roles of the departments and the relationship between their roles.The third chapter is the analysis of the willingness and suggestions of the four parties to open up the renovation,and the specific analysis of the four parties’ understanding and perception of openness,the perception of necessity,resistance and experience through interviews.The fourth chapter is a study on the design and implementation strategies of the open transformation of the Danwei compound from the perspective of multiple parties.Firstly,the transformation objectives are summarized based on the perceptions of multiple parties on the performance of open Danwei compound,and then the specific implementation strategies of open transformation are proposed based on the transformation experiences according to the objectives and problem-oriented.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and outlook,which summarizes the main research conclusions and innovations of this paper,and introspects the shortcomings of this paper to point out the direction for the next research.
