In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,especially the needs of urban development,many construction projects have been put on the agenda,and the quality of projects has received more and more attention.Engineering in the construction industry covers many fields,and the quality of each project will directly affect the interests of the company to which the project belongs,and then the benefits of the entire construction industry.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of construction projects,it is necessary to do a good job of quality management at all stages,and strive to improve the control of project quality at the source,and to do a good job of quality management when carrying out construction activities.It is necessary to organize the acceptance of the project to strictly prevent the appearance of quality problems.After analyzing the current status of quality management of many construction projects,it is found that there are still many problems.The appearance of these problems will affect the quality of the project and affect the benefits of the construction company.Not to mention,it also damages the brand image of the construction company.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and deal with the quality management problems of the project.Taking the H project of XX Construction Company as an example,on the basis of expounding the relevant theories of quality management of civil construction projects,this paper analyzes the current status of quality management of the project,including organizational structure,operation guarantee measures,supervision and assessment,etc.It is found that in this project There are still many quality management problems,such as weak quality awareness and low quality of construction personnel,construction management does not conform to standards and specifications,the control process is not systematic in the project quality link,and the project quality management is not systematic.In this regard,this paper puts forward the application of PDCA cycle method to improve the quality management of project construction,to exercise and improve the construction personnel with insufficient quality awareness and professional quality,to improve the construction management to a higher level in line with standards and regulations,and to improve the quality of the project.The process control of quality should be further improved and other countermeasures,hoping to provide countermeasures support for XX Construction Company to carry out quality management of civil engineering projects.
