Discussion And Practice On Environmental Safety Management In The Construction Of Highway

Highway is one of the symbols of modernization,whose development has deeply influenced modern life and greatly promoted great economic development.Highway construction has unique characteristics.Firstly,it has a long planning period and a large amount of construction.Secondly,it usually crosses urban and rural areas with a long and extensive construction route.The highway has a large impact on environmental safety,and the whole process of use still has an impact on the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a study on the impact of highway construction on environmental safety.Based on the analysis of the environmental safety problems in the construction process of previous highway projects,this paper summarizes the factors affecting environmental safety and the causes of the problems by analyzing the environmental issues during the construction of the projects.According to the environmental safety case study of the Ji-Xu Highway,a series of measures for solving the environmental safety problems related to the construction process of the highway are then proposed.Finally,a key point for monitoring environmental safety is obtained by analyzing the problems in construction and management.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research results are summarized and classified to obtain the environmental damage problems that often occur during the construction of highways,mainly including: the impact on Soil and water conservation,the impact on vegetation along the line,the impact on the surrounding wildlife and its activity environment,and the impact on the original landscape along the way.Secondly,the main environmental safety problems during the construction of the Xu-Ji Highway were derived through literature analysis and field investigation,as follows: the air pollution that affects the surrounding air,the noise pollution that affects the lives of residents,the water pollution that affects the surrounding rivers and groundwater,and the vegetation destruction that damages the original ecological environment.The main problems in environmental safety management include: the immature management concept,the unsound management system,the relatively backward management of highway construction,and the less relevant management personnel of highway construction.Finally,combined with the environmental safety problems in the construction project of Xu-Ji Highway,the management suggestions and monitoring points are put forward in three aspects,including the improvement of the environmental safety management system,different pollution sources in different construction areas,and all parties involved in the construction,to control the environmental safety problems and reduce the environmental hazards caused by the highway construction.
