| Shaping healthy and comfortable indoor office space environment has become a hot spot and trend pursued by architects.Light environment is one of the important elements of indoor environment,and different light environment will affect the visual effect,mood and fatigue,and have differences with the length of exposure.At present,most of the researches on the light environment of indoor office space focus on the influence of horizontal illumination on people,and the indoor lighting layout pattern and color temperature also shape the indoor light environment.With the "integration of lighting architecture" and "human-centered" theory of local lighting,people are paying more and more attention to the importance of local lighting’s influence on people.Nowadays,the modern office mode based on Visual Display Terminal(VDT)has been widely popularized.The new reading behavior generated by it is different from that of traditional paper media,and it has new requirements for local lighting environment,and has new influences on the Visual effect and fatigue health of office staff.Therefore,based on the local lighting commonly used in indoor office space,this study studied the comprehensive influence of layout mode and color temperature selection on VDT reading behavior from short-term and long-term exposure,so as to provide reference for building healthy and comfortable indoor office space lighting suitable for VDT reading behavior.In this paper,through the review of the influence of indoor lighting environment on human behavior,the deficiencies of current research are found.The relevant theories of indoor local lighting and basic theory of VDT behavior were analyzed and the research framework was constructed.Secondly,the parameters of VDT reading behavior based on local lighting layout and color temperature selection are established through investigation.Finally,a laboratory experiment was conducted to investigate the comprehensive effects of local lighting arrangement and color temperature selection on VDT reading behavior under short-term and long-term exposure from the perspectives of visual effect,mood and fatigue.Based on the results of experimental analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the experimental results,the visual effect and fatigue of VDT readers are affected by the local lighting arrangement mode and color temperature selection,and the emotional state of VDT readers is mainly affected by the color temperature change.Under short-term and long-term exposure,the overall visual performance and fatigue resistance of the hoisting and ceiling arrangement are better than that of the desktop arrangement.As time goes by,the increase degree of fatigue in the desktop layout mode is higher than that in the other two layout modes.At 4000 K and 5300 K,the visual effect,mood and low fatigue were better than those at 3300 K.With the increase of exposure time from 1 hour to 2 hours,the color temperature at 5300 K was better than those at the other two color temperatures.(2)When considering local lighting layout mode for VDT readers,ceiling layout and hoisting layout are better choices.When the illumination of the table is kept at 300 lx,the calculated height of the lamp should be kept above 1450 mm.Direct illumination can be adopted to maximize the utilization of luminous flux.The desktop layout near the human eye is not suitable to be used as local lighting alone,and anti-glare measures should be taken.For local lighting color temperature selection,in China’s 3300K-5300 K specification,should try to choose 4000 K color temperature above the high color temperature,to avoid the occurrence of too low color temperature. |
