| Under the background of the current new normal of world economic development,China’s economic development mode is changing from scale and speed to quality and efficiency.In terms of climate,environment and resources,it has not met the needs of sustainable human development.In the face of challenges,the "13th Five-Year Plan" clearly puts forward the key concept of green economic development,in which promoting low-carbon and circular urban development,comprehensive conservation and efficient use of resources can significantly help achieve green urban development.Industrial land has become one of the most important factors affecting China’s regional economic and social development and carbon emissions.Therefore,in-depth research on the efficiency level and improvement strategies of industrial land is of great significance for promoting the sustainable use of industrial land resources and realizing urban green ecology and coordinated development.major.Starting from the necessity of "low carbon + high efficiency" in the process of high-quality industrial development,this paper takes the Yangtze River Delta as the research area,and firstly uses the municipal statistical carbon emission data and industrial development panel data based on the EBM-GML model to calculate the green total of industrial land.The temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of factor productivity and low-carbon development level,on this basis,the coupling coordination model was used to analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of the synergistic effect between the two in the study area from 2011 to 2019.Finally,the multi-period PSM-DID method and the spatial measurement model were used to analyze From the perspective of urban background and environmental regulation,the research on influencing factors is carried out,and a new research path is provided for the research and development of industrial land use efficiency improvement from the perspective of current high-quality development.The main findings and conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)The overall industrial development in the Yangtze River Delta region has the problems of increasing industrial efficiency and increasingly unfair industrial carbon emissions.Specifically,the overall industrial efficiency development level of the Yangtze River Delta has been improving year by year,and the trend is obvious.However,compared with Shanghai and Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province as a whole has a certain degree of regression.The ranking of efficiency values: Shanghai >Jiangsu Province > Zhejiang Province.From 2011 to 2019,the industrial carbon emission intensity of the Yangtze River Delta continued to decline,but the average of Jiangsu Province was still higher than that of Zhejiang Province.(2)The coupling relationship between the high-efficiency and low-carbon development levels of urban industries in the Yangtze River Delta region is generally in a moderate synergy,and the specific ranking is Shanghai > Zhejiang Province >Jiangsu Province.Spatially,the synergistic effect of the Yangtze River Delta shows a distribution trend of "high in the south and low in the north".During the evolution of the synergistic relationship between industrial efficiency and low-carbon development levels in the Yangtze River Delta region,the number of cities in the low-level synergy stage has decreased significantly.Most of them have entered the medium-level synergy stage.The overall effect has not yet reached the ideal level,and there is still a great potential for improvement.(3)Environmental regulation has no obvious impact on the synergistic effect of high-efficiency and low-carbon development of urban industries,but mainly promotes low-carbon development and hinders high-efficiency.Heterogeneity of grades.From the estimation results of spatial econometric model on the factors affecting the efficiency of industrial land use in the Yangtze River Delta region,improving economic development and urbanization will have a positive effect on its own efficiency,while increasing foreign direct investment and industrial structure optimization will have a negative effect on its own efficiency.The overall level of economic development and the optimization of the industrial structure will significantly promote the efficiency improvement of the surrounding areas and the whole,while the improvement of foreign direct investment and urbanization will inhibit the improvement of the efficiency of industrial land in the surrounding areas or the Yangtze River Delta.(4)Finally,through the analysis of various influencing factors of industrial land use efficiency,it is proposed to adjust the intensity of environmental regulation and control,adjust the energy use structure,speed up urban economic development,prudently introduce foreign capital,strengthen regional new urbanization construction,optimize industrial structure,and continue to deepen technology.Innovation and other improvement strategies. |
