Research On The Treatment Of Wage Arrears For Migrant Workers In The Field Of Engineering Construction In B City,Inner Mongolia

The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers,especially the most basic rights and interests of wages.In May 2020,the "Regulations on Guaranteeing the Payment of Migrant Workers’ Wages" was officially implemented,placing the governance of arrears in an important strategic position.The engineering construction field is an important area for the governance of wage arrears for migrant workers.After years of efforts by governments at all levels and all sectors of society,the national goal of eliminating wage arrears has not yet been achieved.Guided by the theory of responsible government and cooperative governance,this thesis uses the method of investigation and case study to carry out research and discussion.According to the data and cases of a series of wage arrears governance work for migrant workers in S District,City B,Inner Mongolia in the past three years,from the government,enterprises,migrant workers and other arrears governance bodies;joint governance,wage payment monitoring,emergency response and other arrears governance mechanisms;the source;Starting from the three perspectives of governance,labor supervision,and legal disposal of arrears of wages,this thesis introduces the current situation of wage arrears governance for migrant workers in the field of engineering construction in Area S,and corresponds to the problems reflected in two typical cases.effective countermeasures.This thesis takes S District,B City,Inner Mongolia as an example to conduct a systematic study,which to a certain extent complements the theory of grass-roots government in the governance of migrant workers’ wages in the field of engineering construction,proposes feasible countermeasures to improve the governance efficiency of migrant workers’ wages in the field of engineering construction in S District,and has important practical guiding significance in protecting migrant workers’ wage rights and interests in the field of engineering construction in S District,promoting the standardized development in the field of engineering construction in S District,and maintaining regional harmony and stability.
