Since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the construction of a park city to Chengdu in 2018,Chengdu has thoroughly implemented the construction of a park city.In the past four years,the top-down demand for "quantity" supply and the bottom-up demand for "quality" in park construction The contradiction between the two has become increasingly prominent.Existing urban parks provide a reference for the research on the development of urban parks in the new era,but how to better achieve sustainable development and give full play to its current value is one of the important issues to be considered in the process of park city construction.Always adhere to the people-centered development idea,the sustainable development of urban parks needs to evaluate the current development benefits of urban parks in the perspective of public participation,find out the key influencing factors,and seek bottom-up scientific methods for urban parks.Seek a sustainable development path.This research uses PPGIS theory and technology to design a PPGIS online platform for information exchange and efficient data collection;based on the theory of public participation,landscape performance,and sustainable development,it uses triangular fuzzy numbers and simple center of gravity method to construct urban park landscapes Performance evaluation index system,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weight;FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the current benefits of public participation in urban parks;GIS tools are used to conduct in-depth visual evaluation of park benefit space;through empirical research to verify the feasibility of the indicators,And according to the empirical research results,the existing problems of the sample park are analyzed,and sustainable development strategies are proposed.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Using PPGIS,which is also based on a bottom-up perspective,as a landscape performance evaluation tool,the PPGIS We Chat public account network public participation platform was designed,and the information exchange and performance evaluation public participation data collection was carried out through the platform.(2)The urban park landscape performance evaluation system was systematically constructed,and the entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight of each index and rank it.Humanistic and social benefits(0.212)>Historical heritage benefits(0.206)>Ecoenvironmental benefits(0.204)>Landscape feature benefits(0.202)>Economic revenue benefit(0.176),the humanities and social benefits have the highest weight in the criterion layer,indicating that the humanities and social benefits play an important role in the performance evaluation of public participation in the landscape,and it is considered to conduct in-depth visual evaluation of the indicators under the humanities and social benefits criterion layer.(3)This paper takes the Wangjianglou Park in Chengdu City Park as an example to conduct empirical research,and applies the FCE fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to obtain a comprehensive evaluation score of 3.841 for the target layer of Wangjianglou Park.Good”,indicating that the current comprehensive situation of Wangjianglou Park is more favorable to the sustainable development of the park,and there are also great differences between different standard layers,and some of the standard layers have major problems.Comprehensive scoring and ranking of each criterion layer,humanistic and social benefits(3.900)> historical heritage benefits(3.893)> landscape feature benefits(3.890)> ecological and environmental benefits(3.838)> economic revenue benefits(3.830),humanistic and social benefits in the criterion layer The overall evaluation score is the highest.(4)Through weight calculation and comprehensive evaluation,the humanities and social benefits have the highest scores.Therefore,the relevant indicators of humanities and social benefits are selected for in-depth visualization analysis to visualize the spatial distribution of performance;GIS kernel density tools,reclassification tools and weighted overlay are used.Finally,the visualization evaluation level of social benefits of different spaces in Wangjianglou Park and the distribution of performance visualization of different index activities are obtained.Among them,the area of ancient buildings is the space with the highest comprehensive value of social benefits.The results of the empirical study are scientific and practical,which verifies the operability of the PPGIS platform designed in this study and the urban park landscape performance evaluation system constructed.(5)Combined with the results of landscape performance evaluation of Wangjianglou Park,the sustainable development strategies of urban park landscape performance evaluation are put forward as follows:(1)Enhance the public participation experience;(2)Strengthen the protection of historical heritage;(3)Optimize the construction of landscape features;(4)Enhance the quality of the ecological environment;(5)Expand economic development channels.
