Research On Equipment Maintenance Strategy Optimization Of Petrochemical Terminal Company Based On FMEA

In the fierce market competition environment,the competitiveness of enterprises largely depends on the operation of various equipment.In order to reduce operating costs and give full play to equipment advantages,more and more enterprises are constantly exploring more intensive,process oriented and efficient equipment operation and maintenance methods in production and operation practice.But many enterprises are still trapped in the contradiction between advanced equipment investment and backward equipment maintenance mode.This essay introduces the systematic and scientific improvement process of preventive maintenance method of TJ Petrochemical Terminal Company by using FMEA method.First of all,through data analysis,statistics of various equipment failures,clear Petrochemical Terminal Company equipment maintenance problems,found that the company currently using preventive maintenance method is not scientific,not systematic is the main problem.Then,based on the theory of FMEA,the equipment maintenance optimization process of FMEA is established,and the flat gate valve of the company is selected as the typical equipment to implement the process.Through the method of drawing the equipment fault tree,the triggering relationship between the failure modes is clearly shown,the inducing factors of gate valve failure are clear,and the hierarchical preventive maintenance strategy based on the failure RPN risk level is proposed,And implement improvement program.Next,the effect before and after the implementation of the scheme is compared,and the strategy is extended to the oil arm,oil pipeline,fire equipment,boarding ladder and other equipment to evaluate the effect.Finally,take the flat gate valve as an example to output the FMEA report.Through this process,the original unscientific and unsystematic preventive maintenance strategy of petrochemical terminal company is successfully optimized into a hierarchical strategy maintenance system,which effectively improves the efficiency of equipment maintenance of petrochemical terminal company.After optimization,the failure rate of more than 35% in each region of the company is reduced to less than 15%,and the failure time of each region is significantly reduced.The results show that the research in this essay is of great significance for the systematic and scientific optimization of preventive maintenance strategy.
