With the development of the industrial society,dangerous goods are becoming more and more common in daily life,and the transportation volume of dangerous goods is also increasing.At the same time,road transport accidents of dangerous goods are also frequent.Dangerous goods transportation accident is a kind of transportation accident with low accident rate but high hazard.Although the occurrence of dangerous goods road transportation accidents cannot be completely avoided,the risk of dangerous goods road transportation and the harm of accidents can be reduced by optimizing the transportation route of dangerous goods.Therefore,it is particularly important to choose a suitable transportation route for dangerous goods.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the optimization problem of dangerous goods transportation route.The main research results are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research status of dangerous goods transport,analyzes the impact of human,vehicle,road,environment and other factors on the risk of dangerous goods transport and the impact range of transport accidents,and introduces the basic principles of some heuristic algorithms and makes comparative analysis.(2)In this paper,the crowd evacuation time after the accident is chosen as the transportation risk research object,the crowd evacuation model is studied and constructed,and the evacuation time is calculated through the crowd evacuation model;Since the road transportation of dangerous goods is a dynamic process,the dynamic change characteristics of the population are firstly analyzed,the transportation risk evaluation model is constructed in combination with the crowd evacuation time,and finally the dual objective optimization model of transportation risk and transportation is constructed in combination with the transportation risk evaluation model.(3)Using NSGA-II as the algorithm to solve in this paper,the encoding and decoding method is changed from traditional binary algorithm to real number encoding,PBX is selected as the crossover operator,and the mutation method is inverse mutation,and finally the python language is used for programming.(4)Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)was selected as the transportation of dangerous goods,and Tianjin was taken as the transportation destination.Three groups of origin and destination points were selected to optimize the transportation route with population density and crowd evacuation time as the goals,and the results were analyzed.The calculation results in this paper show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can be used to optimize the transportation route of dangerous goods,and the crowd evacuation time can be used as the evaluation object of the risk of dangerous goods transportation,which can provide support for the selection of the transportation route of the dangerous goods transportation enterprise and the policy determination of the management department.
