Study On Construction Quality Management Of Gas Project In Z District

With the continuous progress of human civilization,the environmental pollution caused by industrialization has become more and more serious,and the consumption of living and ancillary products has developed accordingly.A large amount of carbon dioxide is generated in the process of traditional energy consumption.Excessive carbon dioxide causes the global average temperature to rise,and human survival The environment is threatened,and controlling carbon emissions is a top priority.Natural gas has the characteristics of low carbon,high calorific value and cleanness,and is an excellent choice to replace traditional energy.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,natural gas has become one of the important living energy sources for urban residents and businesses.Although natural gas is clean and efficient,it is also accompanied by the danger of flammability and explosion.The quality and safety of infrastructure facilities are the premise to ensure the safety of residents’ personal property.The research points out the development direction for the further development of quality management.This thesis consists of seven parts.First of all,through the analysis of a large number of documents and historical data,the process of quality management research at home and abroad is summarized,as the first part of the thesis.The second part expounds the theoretical basic knowledge,total quality management theory,HSE safety management system,WBS work structure decomposition theory related to gas engineering,and also analyzes various factors affecting engineering quality according to 4M1E method.The third part records each construction link of the Z community in detail,uses a variety of methods to objectively reflect the causes and factors of the problem,and at the same time combines the construction status,from the aspects of man,machine,material,method,environment,etc.,summarizes the root causes of the existence of the site:The uncertainty of the comprehensive ability of personnel,the untimely maintenance of machinery and equipment,the chaotic management of materials in and out of the warehouse,the lack of technological processes,and the lax management environment are five aspects.The fourth part,as the core content,formulates practical and feasible improvement plans in view of problems,grasping key points,and implementing them.Through the overall analysis and sub-item refinement,the WBS work is first decomposed,and then the improvement plans are proposed for the five aspects of man,machine,material,method and environment.The fifth part is the stage of measure guarantee and consolidation.In response to the quality problems in the construction of the community,continuous follow-up and repeated research are carried out in the aspects of personnel organization,material management,equipment management,process methods,and participation of relevant parties.The sixth part concludes that quality management is a process in which theory and practice complement each other,it is important to strengthen personnel training to improve quality,and the applicability of the process system determines whether the management process is smooth.The seventh part looks forward,finding problems and deficiencies is the first step to improve management,and researching how to improve is the key to promoting management.The research of this paper is to share the experience and provide reference for future gas quality management.
