| The development of urban municipal infrastructure is inseparable from the participation of PPP mode.The state can promote and operate PPP projects by issuing appropriate subsidies in policies.Compared with the traditional mode,PPP mode has obvious advantages in financing and operation.It is now growing and evolving rapidly and has become the standard form of development.The quality of construction project depends on the project progress,project quality,safe construction,investment control and other factors,in which investment control plays a key role.The residual profit in the project investment control affects the excitement of investors to the project,and the final real cost of the project is affected by the project investment control.No matter how small the investment or construction area is,it is crucial to consider investment control.Therefore,people all over the world are looking for new models to realize cost control and organization management on how to improve investment control of PPP construction projects.This article examines the elements that impact investment control of subterranean space projects in public-private partnerships(PPP),as well as the requirement and feasibility of each factor,and determines the order of importance of each factor.The problems existing in the current underground facilities construction and the advantages and disadvantages of PPP cooperation mode in underground space construction are also considered.The flaws and challenges of the present subterranean space project method are investigated in this study from four perspectives:project planning,design procurement,construction,and specialty,and the feasibility of controlling the underground space project investment in PPP project.It mainly adopts four methods:Literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and case analysis are all examples of research methods.Determine the index system of influencing factors and identify the elements that impact the investment control of building projects through questionnaires and interviews.The index weight is then determined and sorted using AHP.Finally,the affecting elements are evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive assessment approach.Finally,the reference information for affecting elements of investment control in Jiangbei New District’s subterranean space PPP project is provided.The goal of this research is to investigate the quantity and magnitude of various influencing elements that influence the investment control of subterranean space projects in public-private partnerships.Some feasibility studies and explorations are done to enhance the standardization and systematization of the investment control of subterranean space building by focusing on the primary and important influencing elements.Make suggestions for the project company to help develop more effective investment control measures in the early stage of the project.Improve the degree of investment control on a continual basis and support investment projects that have significant social and economic advantages. |
