| At present,China’s agricultural reform and development has entered a new stage,and the main contradiction has changed from insufficient aggregate to structural contradiction.Under the background of the state’s promotion of agricultural supply side structural reform,the local agricultural production layout shows the appeal of the superior agricultural cluster production layout with agricultural specialization and cluster scale as the core.However,the current planning method for the production layout of advantageous agricultural clusters is mainly based on the quantitative evaluation of indicators.There are two fundamental problems,namely "splitting the agricultural production and its dependent space,and further weighing the spatial support conditions of agricultural production" and "lacking consideration of the relations between different agricultural production,and further weighing the existing relations between different agricultural production".Therefore,a new layout method that can meet the weighing demands is urgently needed.In view of the trade-off demands existing in the current production layout of advantageous agricultural clusters,this study introduces the concept of spatial clusters with trade-off clustering ability to solve the problem.Spatial clusters respond to trade-off decision-making issues from the perspective of space and function with their correlation trade-off ability and clustering ability,thus forming three layout means of "spatial correlation trade-off,functional correlation trade-off and cluster trade-off",It further indicates the production layout path of the superior agricultural cluster to solve the two major trade-off decision problems-"superior agricultural identification,superior agricultural production correlation trade-off(production space correlation trade-off and production function correlation trade-off),and superior agricultural production cluster cluster layout".Therefore,this study constructs a production layout method system of superior agricultural clusters with the concept of spatial clusters,and takes Yiliang County of Zhaotong City,which is located in the typical terrain of Wumeng and enjoys rich natural resources,as the research target area.First of all,through the identification of dominant agriculture,it is clear that Yiliang County has nine dominant agriculture with development advantages,giving priority to development to activate the regional endogenous power;Then,by weighing the relevance of the superior agricultural production,the Spatial Suitability and functional suitability of the nine superior agricultural production in Yiliang County are clarified,so as to lay an analysis foundation for the scientific and rational layout and ensure that the superior agricultural layout is adapted to local conditions;Finally,through the layout of advantageous agricultural production clusters,the layout of "five types and seven areas" advantageous agricultural production clusters that can fully bring into play the advantages and scale benefits of agricultural production in Yiliang County is comprehensively weighed,and the characteristics of agricultural industrial production in each region and the targeted and accurate agricultural production development path are clear.This research results,from the identification of checks and balances or synergistic correlations between agricultural production and dependent space,and between agricultural production functions,weigh the advantageous agricultural combination with cooperative relations into the advantageous agricultural production cluster,and carry out cluster layout,It provides a new way of thinking for the production layout of advantageous agricultural clusters with agricultural specialization and cluster scale as the core,which avoids the balance between agricultural industrial production and its dependent space and between different agricultural industrial production functions in the same space,and provides a reference example for the optimization of agricultural production layout in the county. |
