As a basic industry of the national economy,the relationship between electricity and economic development and quality of life is getting closer and closer.With the rapid increase of China’s GDP,the demand for electricity for production and life in the whole society is also increasing day by day.In order to ensure the power supply for economic and social development,power grid companies have increased investment in various power transmission and transformation projects year by year,and the construction period of the project has been gradually shortened.The relevant regulations and guidance documents in this field were written earlier,and the requirements for ecological environmental protection,planning approval process,house demolition and resettlement,etc.are also constantly improving.Therefore,the introduction of a scientific and accurate evaluation system,and then in-depth management and control of the entire process of power transmission and transformation projects,is an important task for power grid companies to solve urgently.First of all,this paper starts with the research on the whole process management of power transmission and transformation projects in power grid enterprises,and combines the current research status at home and abroad,and uses brainstorming methods to clarify important evaluation indicators.Then,on the basis of the evaluation index group,fully combining the opinions of experts in the professional field,using analytic hierarchy process and other methods to analyze the importance of each index in the index group,and obtain the index evaluation system.Furthermore,a 110 k V power transmission and transformation project is selected as the research object,comprehensive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods are used to evaluate it,and then the conclusions are drawn to verify.Finally,use the evaluation results to guide grid companies to carry out targeted management improvement of power transmission and transformation engineering construction,and reduce business risks.The innovation of this paper is mainly to identify the key evaluation indicators in the whole process of power transmission and transformation project construction,which can truly describe the quality of the whole process of power transmission and transformation project construction,and reduce the calculation dimension,making the evaluation more convenient for power grid companies.Actual development in daily production work.At the same time,the comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods enables the evaluation to give a relatively quantitative feedback on the pros and cons of the construction of various transmission and transformation projects,providing system support and practical reference for power grid companies to compare the work quality of each team. |
