With the continuous in-depth research on the intelligence of weapon systems,the internal composition of the artillery system has become more complex,and the difficulty of detecting system faults has also increased,the firepower system is an important part of the artillery system,and its performance directly affects the artillery.Combat capability.Therefore,it is very important to manage the health of the artillery fire system to ensure its combat performance.However,the traditional methods of fault detection and maintenance cannot adapt well to the development of the health management requirements of the artillery fire system.Therefore,this article uses fault prediction and health management(PHM)technology to construct the PHM system structure of a certain artillery fire system,And design a corresponding health management system and health assessment method for a certain type of artillery firepower system.Although Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is suitable for the assessment of the health status of weapon systems,it is subjective,and its assessment results are often different from the actual situation.Therefore,this paper introduces the triangular fuzzy number and variable weight principle to optimize the system index weights.According to the degree of degradation,a fuzzy evaluation matrix is established to study the firepower system health assessment method based on improved AHP-degree of degradation.Based on the analysis of system design requirements and input and output signals,this paper proposes corresponding software and hardware design schemes.The system hardware design uses the Samsung S5P6818 development board equipped with Cortex-A53 processing chip and uses the VPX bus standard to complete the related design of health management hardware.In terms of software design,transplant the embedded Linux system to the main control board,build the firepower system health status library and design the software interface based on the Qt framework.The test results show that the system equipment in this paper is operating normally,and can display the health status of a certain type of artillery fire system in real time,provide real-time maintenance recommendations,generate corresponding health reports,meet the design requirements of the health management system,and facilitate maintenance personnel to more intuitively and effectively perform the system Health management;At the same time,from the analysis results of different periods of artillery and ammunition firing,the health evaluation method in this paper has a higher accuracy rate and fewer abnormal evaluation results than the AHP method.It has certain validity and practical application value.
