With the improvement of our economic development level,the slogan of Belt and Road construction has been put forward,and there is a spurt of demand for construction projects in China.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the comprehensive level of our country's construction products by introducing advanced contract mode and management mode The successful implementation of EPC in China's large-scale investment and construction projects has become a bright spot in the construction market in recent years.Due to the large-scale and complicated characteristics of EPC large-scale projects,it puts forward a severe test to the traditional fragmented and separate consulting mode and project management mode in China,in order to meet the development needs of China's construction engineering consulting market,it has become a general trend to adopt the whole-process engineering consultation,and it has also been strongly supported and promoted by the government.Under this background,this research has carried on the thorough discussion regarding the EPC large-scale investment project to adopt the entire process engineering consultation pattern,combined with its characteristics,the project management mode of integrated management is put forward to suit the management mode of the whole process consultation.In order to evaluate the matching degree and application effect of consulting mode and project management mode adopted in large-scale EPC investment projects,an integrated management evaluation system of whole-process engineering consultation was established Thus,it makes up the blank of consulting mode and integration management mode evaluation standardization of EPC project.The main content of this paper is based on the introduction of EPC project management theory,whole process engineering consulting theory and integrated management theory Thispaper analyzes the advantages of integrated management of whole process engineering consultation in EPC large-scale investment and construction projects from the theoretical and empirical perspectives And through the method of questionnaire,the method of transdisciplinarity,the method of information entropy for weight distribution,the evaluation system of the relevant evaluation index is established,and an item is adopted to carry out the empirical study and the effect evaluation Based on this,the author also puts forward some suggestions about EPC project consulting mode and project management mode,which provides a rich theoretical basis for further research.
