| Highway construction investment is affected by many factors,among which highway engineering labor unit price has an important role.In order to match better,the quota labor unit price and market labor unit price,the pricing system needs to be constantly updated and improved.In this thesis,the connotation,determination method and dynamic adjustment idea of labor unit price of highway engineering were analyzed.Then the methods of theoretical analysis,field research and case empirical evidence were adopted in this study.The calculation model and dynamic adjustment method of labor unit price of highway engineering were proposed,considered the characteristics of sub-regional determination of labor unit price in construction industry of Sichuan Province.The main components of this thesis are as follow:(1)Based on the composition characteristics and formation mechanism of highway engineering labor unit price,a comprehensive quota unit price determination method were proposed on the basis of market labor unit price determination method,taken regression analysis and prediction method as the core,supplemented by comparative analogy method.(2)Based on the research of highway projects in 21 cities and counties in Sichuan Province,the correlation analysis of labor unit price influence factors was carried out,and a labor unit price index system containing many factors such as total construction output value,whole society fixed asset investment and highway mileage was created,to provide a basis for reasonable calculation of labor unit price of highway projects in Sichuan Province.(3)For the classification of highway engineering regions in Sichuan Province,based on principal component analysis and multiple linear regression method,the labor unit price prediction models were constructed for I,II and III regions respectively,and the predicted values of each model parameter were obtained by using the time series method,and the labor unit price of highway engineering in three categories of regions in Sichuan Province in 2024 was predicted by engineering conversion coefficient and regional coefficient correction.(4)Comparing with labor prices in labor market and analyzing the cost measurement of the 30 highway projects in Sichuan Province,the reasonableness of the labor unit price prediction was verified;a proposal for dynamic adjustment of labor unit price was put forward on the basis of the development of the economy of Sichuan Province and its highway engineering industry. |
