At present,with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,the continuous upgrading of industrial structure,the demand for application-oriented talents of enterprises has risen sharply.Under the background of "new engineering",the requirements for the training of application-oriented talents in secondary vocational schools have also increased,and the electrician practical training course is a compulsory course for most majors in secondary vocational schools.After investigation,in the existing education and teaching of electrician practical training courses,more of them adopt the teaching mode of "theory first,then practice",and there are problems such as unclear theoretical learning goals,weak interest and motivation of students to participate in practical training,weak connection between theory and reality,weak new things and abilities of secondary vocational students,and general and single teaching methods of teachers.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes the training requirements of application-oriented talents,explores the current teaching status of electrician practical training courses in secondary vocational education,and explores new methods for effectively linking theoretical knowledge and practical ability.The research introduces the concept of outcome-oriented education into the teaching of the practical training course of electricians,and carries out teaching design and application research in combination with classroom practice.The main research process is as follows:First,the literature research method is used to review and sort out relevant articles at home and abroad,analyze the current research status of results-oriented education concept teaching design and bridging teaching,and further clarify the theoretical knowledge of results-oriented education theory concept and theoretical and practical bridging teaching.The teaching status,existing problems,research trends,etc.of the practical training course for middle-level electricians are analyzed,so as to achieve an overall grasp of the current research situation of the research topic.From this,the research questions,research objectives,research ideas,research methods,etc.of the research are established.Second,based on the curriculum standards of the school’s selection of teaching materials and the practical training requirements of middle-level electricians,on the basis of literature research,follow the results-oriented education theory of "clearly focusing and attaching importance to results.Expand opportunities for the Student Center.Raising expectations,deep learning.Design,positive implementation" teaching design principle,design the teaching design process based on the outcome-oriented education concept and student performance evaluation system,and guide the subsequent electrician practical training course to connect the teaching development and design.Third,based on the design and implementation of results-oriented education theory,the teaching practice is carried out by experimental research method,and two classes with similar basic abilities and various levels are selected as experimental objects.The experimental class implements the theory of theory-reality bridging teaching under the theory of results-oriented education,implements traditional teaching in the control class,and conducts performance evaluation and data analysis of students in the two classes in a timely manner after class,and interviews with classroom teachers to analyze the teaching effect.The results show that after the teaching practice of theory and reality under the concept of results-oriented education,the students in the experimental class are better than the control class in terms of academic performance and learning interest,and through interviews,we know that students and teachers are very satisfied with the implementation of the new teaching method design.It proves that the information-based teaching design based on junior high school classroom is feasible and effective.
