In the process of traditional transmission tower hoisting,in order to prevent the lifting parts from scraping against the tower body and rotating and overturning,the control rope is generally adjusted to control the attitude of the lifting parts in the air.This method is not only time-consuming,laborious,precision is not high,and the safety of the operator has a certain hidden danger.To solve the above problems,through the establishment of dynamic model of the transmission tower,hoisting applying ADAMS software to the traditional way of transmission tower crane dynamics simulation,the high degree of automation of hoisting control system were designed,and based on the traditional way of lifting,rigid guide and flexible guide lifting scheme was proposed,designed to improve controllability of hoisting process,So as to ensure construction safety.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.The research significance and background of this thesis are clarified.Referring to the relevant theoretical research and literature,this thesis summarizes the research status of vertical hoisting of transmission towers at home and abroad.2.Firstly,the dynamic system model of transmission tower hoisting is established by using ADAMS/Cable modeling tool discrete method and simplified method.Then,the axial velocity and axial traction parameters are analyzed to verify the reliability of the model simulation data.Finally,the influence of the two methods on the attitude of the crane and the axial traction force of the wire rope is compared.When the stability analysis of the hoisting system is carried out,the dynamic model of the hoisting system must be established by discrete method.The simplified method can be used to establish the dynamic model of the hoisting system when the data of wire rope axial traction force and hoisting Angle are needed and the data accuracy is not high.3.Based on the dynamic model of transmission tower hoisting,the influence of hoisting speed on the attitude stability of the hanger,the influence of the installation position of the control rope retracting system on the axial traction force of the wire rope and the hoisting strategy of transmission tower are studied.Based on the dynamics simulation results and pulley attitude adjustment technology,a transmission tower hoisting control system based on attitude feedback was designed for JC27151 CG tower assembly,realizing the real-time monitoring and adjustment of crane attitude.4.For tower construction under extreme terrain conditions,JC27151 CG tower group is taken as the object to design rigid guide rail and flexible guide rail hoisting system,which replace the traditional transmission tower hoisting method of wind rope(control rope).Based on the statics and dynamics analysis data of the flexible guide system based on the internal suspension double rocker arm,the flexural strength of the cantilever and rocker arm of the flexible guide system is checked.Finally,a physical model of flexible guide system is built and tested to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
