Application Of The Concept Of Old And New Symbiosis In The Protection And Renovation Design Of Ancient Village In Shixia Village

The rapid advance of urbanization and the unreasonable reconstruction make rural construction face various challenges.Especially for the ancient villages of great value,how to protect and continue their excellent village culture and improve the living environment is the top priority for realizing the sustainable development of rural revitalization.Under the guidance of the concept of "old and new" coexistence,this thesis will take the ancient village of Shixia village as the research object,and actively explore new ways of the protection and renovation design of ancient village.By deeply interpreting the concept of "old and new" symbiosis,the elements of symbiosis in ancient villages are analyzed,and the applicability and guiding significance of the concept of "old and new" in the protection and renovation design of ancient villages are summarized by referring to the actual cases at home and abroad.In view of the development status of the ancient village in Shixia village,the author finds out the compatibility with the symbiosis concept of "old and new",so as to propose the corresponding design principles and strategies for the protection and renovation of the ancient village,and finally proves the feasibility of the design principles and strategies through design practice.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,purpose and significance,content and methods of the topic,and summarizes the relevant theories and concepts at home and abroad,and puts forward the innovation points.The second chapter firstly studies the "old and new" symbiosis theory,defines the symbiosis elements and symbiosis relationship in ancient villages,then selects three representative design cases at home and abroad for comparative study,and makes clear the applicability and guiding significance of introducing the "old and new" symbiosis concept into the protection and renovation design of ancient villages.The third chapter,through the analysis of the symbiotic environment and symbiotic units of Shixia village,sums up the research value of Shixia village and the current situation of Shixia village.The fourth chapter summarizes the design principles of "old and new" symbiosis guiding the localization,unity,compatibility and inheritance of ancient village protection and renovation design,and clearly puts forward four design strategies of protection and display methods of ancient village,symbiosis of old and new buildings,symbiosis of architecture and village,and symbiosis of ecology and production.In Chapter five,based on design principles and strategies,combined with the general situation of Shixia village constituency,the design practice is carried out to interpret the symbiosis path guided by the concept of "old and new".The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect part,which summarizes the application research of the symbiosis concept of "old and new" in the protection and renovation design of ancient village in Shixia village,reflects on the shortcomings in the process of application research,and looks forward to the future,hoping to make up for the shortcomings through future research,and constantly expand the depth and breadth of topics.This thesis mainly focuses on the protection and renovation design of existing problems of ancient villages,from the research of basic theories to the analysis of specific objects,to the proposal of complete strategies,and finally verifies the feasibility of the strategy through design practice,providing new ideas and perspectives for the continuation of regional culture of ancient villages,the promotion of economic development of ancient villages,the response of rural revitalization strategy,and the improvement of people’s happiness.
