| In recent years,the problem of energy crisis and environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent,making the use of clean energy and improving energy efficiency receive unprecedented attention.Zero carbon building can reduce energy consumption and is a future building,which is conducive to the smooth implementation of China’s "double carbon" goal.However,in terms of the current development status of zero carbon building in China,there are too many stakeholders of zero carbon building,and the conflict of interest between them will hinder the development of zero carbon building.Therefore,in order to achieve the long-term development of zero carbon building,it is necessary to coordinate the interests of the core stakeholders from the perspective of stakeholders,and formulate an effective interest coordination mechanism to promote the joint efforts of multiple subjects.Firstly,this thesis expounds the research status of zero carbon building,stakeholders and interest coordination mechanism from domestic and foreign perspectives,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis.On this basis,the thesis analyzes the obstacles to the development of zero carbon buildings,and finds that there are some problems,such as insufficient policy guidance and system construction,user behavior and socio-cultural barriers,immature supply chain capacity and management,and insufficient technological innovation.Based on this,the stakeholders involved in the development of zero carbon buildings are defined,and four core stakeholders are identified,namely,government management institutions at all levels,developers,the public and scientific research institutions.They are divided from three dimensions of management,supply and demand,and the behavior decisions of each core stakeholder and the game relationship between them are analyzed.The three-party evolutionary game model of management,supply and demand is constructed,Calculate the replication dynamic equation and evolution equilibrium point;Finally,using the simulation software,the influence of the evolution path of each core stakeholder is simulated under the condition of different parameter assignment;Starting from the construction principles and core contents of the interest coordination mechanism,the interest coordination mechanism for the development of zero carbon buildings is established,including the recognition mechanism,communication and expression mechanism,incentive mechanism,guidance mechanism and guarantee mechanism.This study applies the relevant methods and ideas of evolutionary game theory to the related fields of zero carbon building development,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Theoretically,this study enriches and enriches the relevant theoretical system of evolutionary game theory,as well as the connotation and theoretical system of zero carbon building.Through the model analysis,a series of important research results and conclusions are obtained,which have good guiding significance in the formulation of macro policies by the government,the strategic positioning of developers and research institutions,and the choice of the public. |
