| In recent years,electric power companies have begun to face the pressure of competition with the promotion of market reform and the breaking of their monopoly status in electric power industry.In recent years,with the promotion of electric power market reform and the breaking of monopoly industry status,electric power enterprises begin to face the pressure of competition.In addition,the increasingly strict national supervision and assessment,people’s continuous improvement of power supply service standards and the rapid development of smart grid have also brought more new tests to power companies.How to solve the problem of equalitarianism and seniority through effective motivation and enhance the core competitiveness in the state-owned enterprises has become a serious problem faced by electric power companies.At present,A Electric Power Company has faced a number of problems in the motivation of middle managers,which have influenced the enhancement of enterprise performance and the implementation of strategic goals severely.Therefore,this paper focuses on the motivation problems of middle managers of A Electric Power Company,hoping to improve the motivation effect of middle managers of A Electric Power Company through the improvement design of motivation scheme,and provide inspiration and reference for similar enterprises to improve the motivation.This paper first reviews and summarizes domestic and foreign research status on the motivation of middle managers in electric power companies.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the present satisfaction and demand on the motivation of middle managers in A Electric Power Company,and analyzes and points out three problems in the current motivation model including poor salary motivation effect,inadequate spiritual motivation and insufficient growth motivation.Thirdly,according to the analysis of the causes of the above problems and statistical analysis of demand survey results,it puts forward the motivation improvement plan in terms of salary motivation,spiritual motivation and growth motivation.Finally,it comes up with the the guarantee measures of motivation improvement plan for middle managers in A Electric Power Company.It aims to effectively solve the motivation problems of middle managers of A Electric Power Company through the motivation improvement plan and the implementation of guarantee measures,enhance the enthusiasm and work performance of middle managers and promote the high-quality development of A Electric Power Company. |
