Impact Of Aging On The Built Environment Of Rural Communities Research On Factors And Evaluation

At present,China’s population aging is fast and deep,and the proportion of the elderly population is increasing year by year.The elderly population proportion increases from year to year;the ageing of the population in rural areas is much higher than urban areas.Now,the aging problem has become one of the important challenges of China’s economic and social development.On the other hand,with the promotion and implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and healthy aging strategy,the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas also puts forward new requirements on how to actively respond to the aging of rural population and improving the living environment of home care for the elderly.Now,the development of rural enterprises is relatively lagging behind,the living environment of the elderly in rural areas lacks planning for the ageing population and the demand for home care for the elderly is difficult to meet.Moreover,the academic research on population aging and aging is mainly concentrated in cities,while there is less research on aging in rural areas,The problem of rural ageing must be resolved as soon as possible.In order to make rural areas more suitable for older people and improve the living environment and quality of life of older people,this paper examines the factors influencing and evaluating rural ageing and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.Taking the grounded theory as the research method,from the perspective of the elderly’s pension needs,this study explores the influencing factors of the built environment aging of rural communities,complements them with literature analysis,and establishes a complete theoretical model of the built environment aging of rural communities.Liaoyuan village,Xiangyin County,Yueyang City,Hunan Province,was selected for in-depth interview and investigation.After data collection,sorting,conceptualization and categorization,three core categories of human,material environment and social environment,as well as personal habits,health cognition,environmental safety,dietary environment,daily activities,economic security,health cognition,ecological environment Pension environment and other nine main categories.Combined with literature research,the influencing factors of suitable aging are supplemented and improved,and the "suitable aging model of Liaoyuan village built environment" is constructed from the logical relationship between the core categories and influencing factors.According to the "aging model of built environment",taking Liaoyuan village as an example,the aging evaluation index system is established,and the aging evaluation results of built environment in Liaoyuan village are obtained by combining subjective evaluation and objective evaluation.The evaluation process is based on the built environmental aging model,establishes the aging evaluation index system of Liaoyuan village,and determines the weight through analytic hierarchy process.Objective evaluation: by making evaluation criteria and scoring table,the scorer will score each index according to the basic data of Liaoyuan village.Subjective evaluation: a sample survey was conducted to investigate the aging satisfaction of the elderly in Liaoyuan village in the form of questionnaire.The comparison and discussion of the subjective and objective evaluation results reveals the problems existing in the aging of the built environment of Liaoyuan village.Taking the realization of healthy aging as the starting point,this paper puts forward countermeasures from three aspects: the built environment aging response framework of rural communities,the aging planning response strategy and the exploration of planning and design.The adaptive aging response framework puts forward feasible suggestions on adaptive aging from three aspects: the individual health of the elderly,the material environment and the social environment.The adaptive aging planning response strategy discusses how to improve the adaptive aging degree of rural communities from the perspective of planning,and explores the planning and design.Taking Liaoyuan Village as an example,this paper puts forward the adaptive aging planning and design strategy for its elderly care environment.
