Research On The Evaluation Of Suitable Aging Of The Old Community Public Space Reconstruction

The characteristics of China’s aging society are gradually clear and the aging process is obviously accelerated.Meanwhile,the existing stock of renovation of old communities is still huge.In May 2021,the Guidance on the Implementation of Renovation for The Aged and the Construction of barrier-free Environment in The Comprehensive Renovation of Old Communities will include the construction of renovation for the aged into the renovation project.Therefore,it is highly responsive to the guiding direction of national policies to integrate the development of the aged into the reconstruction and construction project of the aged communities.Based on this background and previous studies,this study takes the degree of suitability for the renovation of old community public space as the research object.Review existing research results by reading relevant literature,combine national policies,guidelines and industry norms,synthesize opinions from different perspectives,and balance demands reasonably;To the old neighborhood public space transformation has been completed to visit on-the-spot investigation,based on the analytic hierarchy process to site roads,outdoor environment,living facilities,cultural entertainment as four criteria layer,24 indicators layer segmentation,using factor analysis method to complete the set up index system structure of validation and the determination of weight coefficient,not cut index after data processing.Finally,the evaluation system of old community public space renovation suitability is constructed.The case analysis method is adopted to judge the score of the actual case by using the evaluation system.Combined with the actual survey data processing results in this community,the rationality of the evaluation system is further verified,and corresponding improvement strategies are given according to the evaluation results.The evaluation system of the aged community public space reconstruction constructed in this study focuses on the evaluation of the degree of the aged public space reconstruction project.A comprehensive,objective and highly implementable standard should be formed to clarify the requirements of various indicators to ensure the accessibility of the elderly in reconstruction and construction projects,and the construction content should be clearly defined to greatly reduce the difficulty of the accessibility of the elderly.The ultimate goal is to create a safe,comfortable and functional public space support for the elderly living in the old community.
