| The living street space is the space carrier for people to carry out activities such as daily life and interpersonal communication and is the basic skeleton of the city.With the gradual advancement of urbanization and my country’s social economy is developing steadily,and the number of motor vehicles is increasing year by year,which has gradually encroached on pedestrians’ position and power in street space activities,resulting in a sharp decline in the quality of living street space and a Vulnerable groups of users are not guaranteed the right of way.There is a serious conflict between this phenomenon and the people-oriented design concept of street space and people’s pursuit of high-quality street space.At present,the research and quantification system construction of residential street space quality at home and abroad lacks the consideration of users’ subjective initiative,and the focus is still on the street traffic function area.Taking this as an opportunity,this paper adds the perspective of users’ subjective initiative,optimizes the quantitative evaluation system for the quality of living street space,and puts forward a targeted and systematic strategy for improving the quality of living street space through case practice research.This paper firstly sorts out and integrates the existing research on the improvement of residential street space quality and road rights at home and abroad,and elaborates the relevant basic theories and practical cases in detail.Goal-oriented,adding the perspective of users’ subjective initiative,starting from the two comprehensive dimensions of the objective physical environment of the living street and the user’s subjective environmental perception adaptation,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing quantitative evaluation system,constructing a surrounding environment that includes the living street conditions,Quantitative evaluation system with 5 quantitative evaluation levels,12 quantitative evaluation indicators,and 39 quantitative evaluation influencing factors,internal composition characteristics,user activity behavior,spatial environment perception,and subjective initiative.With the help of Open Street Map(OSM),Baidu Map API open platform,Baidu heat map,questionnaire survey,field research and other methods to obtain basic data such as living street spatial data,street view pictures,heat map,etc.,and use Arc GIS,Depth Map,Using tools such as Seg Net as the platform,the evaluation factors are quantified by means of scoring measures,and the evaluation factor weights are assigned and the evaluation model is built through the AHP analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,starting from the optimized quantitative evaluation system of living street space quality,this paper conducts a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of 39 living streets in the core area of Yuelushan University City,and integrates the quantitative evaluation results to descriptively analyze and explain the current situation.Finally,according to the comprehensive quantitative evaluation results,11 strategies for improving the quality of living street space are proposed from the two levels of theory and practice.The improvement strategies at the theoretical level are: space-link coordination,humanized place design,environmental adaptation transformation,and rational allocation of roads.Share rights and road rights,and increase the regional cultural elements of street space;the improvement strategies at the practical level are: optimizing the objective physical environment of living streets,creating clean and comfortable places for activities and staying,enhancing the characteristics and identification of street space,and creating a friendly street space,Create identifiable zoning paths,focus on the coordination and classification of subjective and objective elements,optimize the quality of street space,and improve the control of key indicators. |
