| The large-scale constant tension pay-off car is the equipment that must be used for the erection of the contact wire of the new line of the electrified railway and the replacement of the catenary of the existing line.The technical level of the current domestic products has caught up with the products of foreign brands;There is still a certain gap between the pay-off car and foreign products in terms of structure and function,such as pay-off tension and pay-off quality.Therefore,it is still very necessary to research on the small-scale dual-purpose catenary wire car.In this paper,the constant tension device of the road and rail line pay-off car is studied for the catenary line under different line conditions of the road and the railway.The influencing factors of the tension value are analyzed,and the transfer function of the tension meter value is discussed,which provides the basis for the design of the tension device.In this article,its design and analysis combined with practical applications.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,according to the use of the line car,complete the mechanical structure of the vehicle design,on this basis,the traction dynamic performance,adhesion traction force design calculation.The driving scheme which conforms to the actual working condition is adopted,and the design and calculation of the closed system are completed,and the model of the traction running motor is given.Secondly,the working principle of the constant tension release vehicle is analyzed,the transfer function of the constant tension value is deduced,the three-dimensional modeling of the constant tension device is carried out,combined with the finite element analysis method,the simulation analysis of the tension device is carried out to verify that it can meet the maximum pay-off tension.The required strength and rigidity ensure the safety and quality of the wire during pay-off.Finally,finish the test and debugging of the wiring car before leaving the factory.In order to test the best safety and reliability of the layout car,the problems in the debugging process are analyzed and dealt with,and the actual experiments are carried out according to the simulation results of traction,adhesion and tension device of the whole vehicle to verify the performance under the actual conditions and achieve acceptance performance.This pay-off car has been successfully developed and put into use.Compared with the large-scale pay-off car,the annual use cost can be reduced by 3 million per unit;To ensure the completion of the line node,resulting in good social and economic benefits. |
