| As a means of transportation for soldiers and weapons,military vehicles play an significant role in modern battlefield.Tractive performance is a prerequisite for military vehicles to play the transport role,complete the combat purpose and improve the survivability.With the change of the combat mode and environment,the research on mobility of military vehicles on the soft road takes on particular importance.In the course of maneuver,the mobility of military vehicles is mainly determined by the interaction between vehicles and the road.Combined with the research background of military vehicles,a numerical simulation model is established and the tire-ground traction test is carried out to research the tractive performance of vehicles on the soft road,aiming at the problems that the existing theories do not consider the impact of vehicles.1.The overall tractive performance of vehicle-pavement is studied.Combining the theory of equivalent radius of tire pattern,for the problem that existing researches ignore the internal interaction of vehicles,based on vehicle dynamics model,this paper deduces the traction formula of military vehicle tractive performance under multiple operating conditions that lays a theoretical basis for the article.2.Simulation and experimental verification research on tire tractive performance is carried out.Based on the repose angle test and triaxial shearing test,the road simulating model is established by discrete element method(DEM),and the traction test of single tire on soft road is simulated.Using the existing test platform in the laboratory,tire traction test is carried out to verify the simulation results,providing teat basis for the simulation.3.Coupling simulation of military vehicles under multi-operation conditions is conducted.Based on the tire-road simulation model and the vehicle multi-body dynamics(MBD),the coupling simulation model between military vehicle and soft road is established.By setting parameters,the traction test of military vehicle is simulated under three operation conditions and the variation rules of drawbar pull and torque under different slip rates are studied.The result curve is compared with theory curve,which provides a basis for the theory part of this paper. |
