| In the landing stage of the lunar landing,the astronauts will be greatly impacted by the deceleration of the lunar module,so how to ensure the safety of the astronauts is very important.Studies show that the peak value of impact load and the role of landing shock stage time,occupant of the bound state,the posture of the human body have great influence to impact damage response,and at present the study of the human body posture on lie on your back and sitting posture,and for standing position attitude research is less,and for China’s body is very lack of signs of landing impact study.Therefore,the impact of different parameters on the landing impact response of Chinese body signs in a standing position was studied.In this paper,the Hybrid III 50 percentile standing dummy finite element model was established,and the Chinese 50 percentile standing dummy finite element model was established by using the non-uniform scaling method of all segments,and the Chinese 50 percentile human finite element model was established by using the grid scaling method based on the THUMS 50 percentile model.Finally,the landing impact simulation model of dummy and human body was established and verified by impact tower test.A total of 162 simulation tests were carried out in this paper,including 108 dummy simulation tests and 54 human simulation tests,to study the effects of different parameters such as vertical pulse peak acceleration,horizontal pulse peak acceleration and groin displacement limitation on the head,neck,spine,femur and tibia of the dummy and human body.To compare the influence of difference of body signs between China and The United States on impact injury response of standing landing.The research results show that the vertical peak acceleration pulse the most significant influences on the targets of each part damage,for the Chinese human body signs,the level of pulse peak acceleration on each part damage index than the crotch displacement constraints,for the human body signs,crotch displacement limit on each part damage index than the level of pulse peak acceleration;Second vertical pulse peak acceleration on each part damage index is positive correlation,while the crotch displacement affect on the trunk damage index is generally negative correlation,and the influences on the targets of the torso injuries,level with the increase of pulse peak acceleration usually leads to axial force a kind of damage index value lower,such as proposed,but will increase the damage of bending moment class. |
