| This research conducts a comprehensive research on electric forklifts from two aspects of product style and functional technology.Inspired by the combination of forward and reverse models in Hybrid Kansei Engineering System,the integrated design method of QFD-TRIZ is integrated into the mixed perceptual engineering model to be intelligent and professional.As the goal of design and research and development,the electric forklift is designed to meet the needs of users and improve the technical problems of the design method.However,how to design products that meet the needs of users’ perception and technological innovation at the same time has become one of the key and difficult tasks for designers.Therefore,it is of great value to explore an innovative design model of electric forklift products that combines technological improvement goals and user perceptual cognition.First,through literature research,the related concepts and applications of Hybrid Kansei Engineering System,quality function deployment and innovative problem solving theory are sorted out,and then the perceptual cognitive space of electric forklift products is constructed,and the hierarchical category analysis method is used to analyze and establish electric forklift products.Design the hierarchy diagram,and then complete the transformation from design elements to design factors;secondly,analyze user needs based on QFD to construct a house of quality for electric forklift products,and then summarize 5 conflicts between the technical characteristics of electric forklifts,and then Establish the Altshuler technical contradiction matrix through TRIZ and conduct a feasibility analysis of the given technical innovation principles,and then select the appropriate innovation principles to solve the contradictions;finally,complete the design of the three schemes through comprehensive positioning analysis,with the help of eye movement physiological evaluation experiments and questionnaires The evaluation experiment carried out design optimization and model verification for the three design schemes.From the perspective of user emotional cognition,this subject uses Hybrid Kansei Engineering System and product innovation design models as the main line.Experiments have verified the rigor and consistency of Hybrid Kansei Engineering System.At the same time,it has concluded a system based on Hybrid Kansei Engineering System.Together with QFD-TRIZ’s product innovation design method,we finally design an electric forklift product that meets the user’s perceptual cognition and functional requirements through this method. |
