Research On The Careful Management Evaluation Of The Construction Phase Of Hospital Construction Project

Hospital is an important places for ensuring medical services and maintaining social stability,and the meticulous management of hospital construction projects is an important part of ensuring the quality,cost and progress of infrastructure.The fine management of the construction stage is an important part of the fine management of the entire construction project.At present,however,there is no scientific and reasonable evaluation system to measure the fine management of hospital construction project in China.Therefore,the establishment of scientific and reasonable fine management in the construction stage of hospital construction project is of positive significance for improving the fine management level of hospital construction project and improving efficiency.By implementing the fine management of the hospital construction project,the comprehensive improvement of the hospital construction project can be achieved,and the overall quality and life span of the hospital building can be improved.The implementation of hospital construction projects is characterized by complex systems,high degree of specialization,great difficulty in coordination,high requirements for safe and civilized construction,large number of units involved in reconstruction,and great difficulty in management.It brings great difficulties to the implementation of the construction project.In order to ensure the realization of the project goals,it is more urgent and necessary to study the fine management of the hospital construction project.This paper takes the Beijing FC Hospital Construction Project as an example to study the fine management of the construction stage of the hospital Construction Project.This paper first analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,defines the concepts of hospital construction project,fine management and evaluation,and determines the scope of the article,combining the characteristics of fine management in the construction phase of hospital construction project.In this paper,four primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators constitute the refined management evaluation index system during the construction phase of hospital construction projects.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the index weights are determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced as the evaluation model.This paper takes the fine management level of construction project of Beijing FC hospital as the object of evaluation,and examines the evaluation index system and evaluation model of fine management level of construction project.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of fine management in the construction stage of hospital construction project.
