The expansion project of ZS Thermal Power Company has many subjects and covers a wide range.The initial project construction has no detailed plan and lacks scientific management goal,which greatly affects the project construction progress.In order to change this situation,ZS Thermal Power Company strengthen the research of project schedule planning and control in the later period,in order to make project schedule management gradually on the right track.Taking the extension project schedule management of ZS Cogeneration Company as the research object,the research background and the research status in different periods and different industries at home and abroad are analyzed,the organizational structure of schedule risk identification,the goal of schedule control,the process of construction schedule sequence control and the development process of various plans are established based on the general situation of the expansion project of ZS Cogeneration Company The work structure is decomposed,the construction sequence is arranged,and the duration is estimated by PERT technology according to the related problems that affect the construction schedule of the expansion project of ZS heat and Power Company,finally,the relevant project schedule is completed.In the process of schedule control,the method of earned value was chosen as the main line for deviation analysis and adjustment,from the budget of 3.2 billion to the final settlement of 2.8 billion,in this paper,the methods of analysis and adjustment of schedule deviation are given,and then the control of schedule deviation is studied by means of organizational measures,technical measures,economic measures and contract measures,b IM technology is applied to arrange and manage the construction general plane flexibly,and construction simulation is made to the construction technology,which reduces the difficulty of pre-coordination and rework.Moreover,the control of the construction progress of this project does not rest on the control of the construction party,but to design institute and Design Change,equipment purchase and supply,construction supervision,construction units,information management and other unified and coordinated consideration,strengthened the management of the parties involved,combined with the influence of safety,quality,cost and information environment on the project schedule,the project schedule measures from different angles are given.As a systems engineering,the effective management of electric power project schedule is based on the scientific,economic and reasonable project schedule in the early stage and the comprehensive control based on the schedule deviation and the cost deviation.The method of earned value in progress management is a good method,and the result of the analysis of progress deviation is to take organizational measures,technical measures,economic measures and contract measures,in particular,BIM technology can create significant results,while taking into account the safety,cost and quality of progress control.
