| Line Gear is a new type of gear based on the principle of space curve meshing transmission,compared with traditional gears,Line Gear realizes power transmission through point contact,it has the advantages of design flexibility,the minimum number of teeth can reach 1 and there is no undercut phenomenon,it has great development potential and broad application prospects.At present,the design theory of Line Gear has been basically perfected,in terms of processing theory,3D printing,CNC milling,laser processing and other technologies have been studied,but the mass production technology is still in the preliminary research stage,facing the growing market demand for Line Gear products,the current commonly used processing methods cannot meet the production needs of Line Gear.As a high-efficiency,high-quality and green processing technology,the rolling process plays an important role in promoting mass production of Line Gear,the study of the rolling process is a key step to bringing Line Gear to the market.This dissertation analyzed the research status of Line Gear design theory and manufacturing technology,addressed the problems of low processing efficiency and low resource utilization in the current processing,and studied the rolling processing method.Taking the related technology of rolling as a reference,the key points of realizing the Line Gear rolling process were analyzed,and the research content was determined.This dissertation divided the research content into the following three aspects:(1)The design theory of Line Gear rolling was proposed.Combined with the design characteristics of the tooth profile,the tooth profile of the rolling mold was designed based on the processing principle of the generating method.The rolling process was simulated by finite element simulation,and the forming conditions in each rolling stage provided a basis for the rational design of the structure of the rolling mold.Selected a reasonable evaluation index of the rolling result to test the feasibility and quality of the rolling process.(2)Automatic rolling equipment of Line Gear was developed.Determined the changes of rolling force,designed the structure of the automatic rolling equipment,divided the machine structure into four functional modules: workpiece clamping mechanism,die positioning adjustment mechanism,slide drive mechanism and frame,and completed the processing of important components and the assembly and commissioning of the machine.(3)The influence regularity of different process parameters on the rolling quality of Line Gear was analyzed.According to the characteristics of the rolling process,the factors and levels of the orthogonal test were selected,the rolling process under different process parameters was simulated,the results of the orthogonal test were analyzed to obtain the influence of the factors,the optimal level combination was selected for actual processing,the correctness of the proposed rolling process was verified.The transmission stability was tested by the Line Gear transmission test bench,the test results showed that the rolled Line Gear can achieve accurate and stable transmission. |
