Research On Service Quality Evaluation And Optimization Of Urban Public Service Facilities Based On Multi-source Data

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,a large number of outsiders have poured into first-tier cities.Shenzhen,as the city with the most rapid population growth momentum,has an increasingly obvious contradiction between its public service facilities and population.,and the resulting doubts are not uncommon.As one of the central urban areas of Shenzhen,Nanshan District has already entered the stage of stock development,and its planning positioning is the center of scientific research,education and sports.Under this circumstance,how to solve the existing contradictions and reach a new height in the construction of public service facilities based on its construction status is a problem worthy of in-depth discussion.This article sorts out the domestic and foreign research related to public service facilities,service quality and the application of multi-source data,and finds that there is a lack of research on the connotation of service quality and evaluation system of public service facilities in China,and the urban planning related research only uses traditional data and POI data,seldom extend the application of multi-source data.Therefore,this paper first defines the concepts of public service facilities and service quality,and puts forward that the main influencing factors of service quality of public service facilities are accessibility,diversity,sharing degree,service ability and balance.Through quantitative and visual analysis of these five indicators,the distribution characteristics and differentiation characteristics of service quality of public service facilities in Nanshan District of Shenzhen can be obtained,so as to find out ways and methods to complete and improve the public service facilities and service quality optimization here.From the perspective of multi-source data,this paper selects POI data from Amap,community data and population data from Beike,urban road network data from Openstreet Map and resident satisfaction data from Weibo.By processing and analyzing the current data,it is found that the overall satisfaction of social welfare facilities and community management service facilities is the best,but the spatial distribution is uneven.Education facilities and medical facilities have received more negative evaluations in terms of service capacity and accessibility,the overall satisfaction is also low.The quality of cultural and sporting facilities is second to none in the city,but the diversity and sharing degree needs to be further enhanced.Based on the results of multi-source data analysis,by selecting the appropriate measurement method to focus on the quantitative comparison and visual analysis of the indicators of different public service facilities,the evaluation results of various types of facilities were obtained.Thus we can conclude the key influencing factors of the service quality of various facilities and the corresponding optimization methods,and the conclusions were as follows:(1)the service capacity of facilities affects the overall service level and needs to be improved through new construction or expansion;(2)there are differences in accessibility and balance between facilities.It can be adjusted by upgrading the service level of facilities;(3)In the case of good supply and demand relationship of public service facilities,service quality can be further improved by enhancing diversity and sharing degree.(4)It is necessary to add more detailed classification and corresponding configuration suggestions into the configuration standards of community-level medical facilities,social welfare facilities and management service facilities,which is conducive to meeting the differentiated needs among communities,effectively allocating service resources and further improving service quality.This study provides a reference for the multi-source data’s source selection and urban planning application,expands the relevant research on the evaluation and optimization of the service quality of public service facilities,and can also provide reference for the special planning of public service facilities,and help to further improve the service quality of public service facilities in Nanshan District.
