In recent years,the domestic automobile market has shown a low growth stage,and auto manufacturers are gradually moving towards stock competition.It is urgent to consolidate their core competitiveness through the transformation of new four modernizations of products and lean management of enterprises.Vehicle logistics,as the end delivery link of automobile enterprises’ product realization,directly affects the service perception of automobile enterprises’ supply chain operation quality and customer orders.As the chain owner,in order to ensure the safety of the supply chain,large automobile manufacturing enterprises urgently need to find a more safety and economic vehicle distribution logistics network model,so as to achieve the optimal operation cost and substantial improvement of the service level of dealers’ franchise stores.Railway transportation is a kind of environmental protection and commercial vehicle transportation mode with batch transportation economic benefits.With the acceleration of passenger cargo separation of railway transportation capacity,there is great development potential in domestic vehicle logistics transportation.In this study,the resource conditions and transportation mode characteristics of road rail intermodal transport in vehicle logistics are summarized,and the problems in location decision factors and model planning of railway multimodal transport are analyzed.Secondly,the graph theory is used to build the network structure level of the vehicle logistics road rail intermodal transport.Considering that the location decision of the railway regional distribution warehouse is the mode,structure and shape of the vehicle logistics railway logistics network system due to the optimization of the entire model,the network location distribution problem is focused on.Considering the factors of inventory cost,ordering and scheduling cycle,a multi-objective cost delivery model is constructed.Then,the application models and algorithms of automobile logistics network research in automobile industry are collated and compared,and the solution method of combination model is designed.As the future sales demand is uncertain,the original time series Holt forecasting model is improved by considering the factors of multiple models and target distribution coefficient.The demand forecasting results are used as the demand parameters of franchise stores in the network model.Considering the obvious deviation between the European straight distance and the actual freight mileage,the accurate logistics mileage and freight time data are obtained by calling the Gaud map API interface to reduce the impact of the results on the cost and mileage target function calculation.The K-Means clustering method is used to converge and allocate the logistics service regions corresponding to the franchise stores.The recursive backtracking algorithm is used to search the permutations and combinations of distribution libraries in the candidate regions,and the Python code is used to calculate the results of the objective function.Finally,the data of D company is taken as an example to analyze.The Tableau BI tool is used to visually analyze the results of the location of regional distribution warehouse and the distribution of transportation routes,and to analyze the change trend of cost and delivery time,so as to verify the effectiveness of the location optimization model.According to the actual situation of the business,the evaluation table for the location of the regional distribution warehouse is designed,and the feasibility of the results of the location of the regional distribution warehouse is evaluated by the expert evaluation method.Then the optimal solution scheme is adjusted,and the final decision suggestions and implementation promotion scheme are given according to the balance strategy.This study has further explored the location allocation problem of automobile logistics network in the automobile industry,provided an executable theoretical basis for enterprise managers in quantitative planning methods,and has extensive application and reference significance for domestic automobile logistics network planning.
