With the rapid development of China's automobile production and sales market,the scale of Vehicle Logistics demand continues to expand.After the publication of the compulsory national standard(GB1589-2016)and the implementation of the highway overhaul control action,the low-price competitive advantage of the highway vehicle logistics which relies on the illegal Overload and Over-limit operation all the year round has disappeared.A large number of freight flows have shifted from highway transportation to waterway and railway transportation,and the multimodal transport pattern of the vehicle logistics with reasonable competition among various modes of transportation has gradually formed.The intermodal terminal of Automobile Ro-Ro terminal is an important node of the whole vehicle logistics network,an important place to realize the efficient convergence of various modes of transportation,and it is of great significance to promote the development of the multimodal transportation of the vehicle logistics.However,due to the late start of the construction and development of Specialized Automobile Ro-Ro terminal in China,the lack of scientific and reasonable layout planning,the problems of service function deficiency,operation capacity deficiency and poor connection of intermodal transport caused by unreasonable functional zoning and mismatching of facilities and equipment operation capacity of terminal intermodal Station are widespread.Therefore,it is necessary to study the layout optimization of Automobile Ro-Ro terminal intermodal station,so as to expand the terminal service function,improve the efficiency of terminal operation,and give full play to the supporting role of Automobile Ro-Ro terminal intermodal station in vehicle logistics intermodal transportation.Based on the research of practical related projects,this paper systematically studies and analyses the layout optimization of Automobile Ro-Ro terminal intermodal station from the following aspects through a large number of on-site investigations,logistics enterprise discussions and data collection.(1)Based on the analysis of the development of vehicle logistics and Automobile Ro-Ro terminal intermodal station at home and abroad,and drawing on the development experience of Automobile Ro-Ro terminal at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of Automobile Ro-Ro terminal intermodal station in China,and expounds the idea of optimizing the layout of Automobile Ro-Ro terminal intermodal station.(2)carding the basic process of vehicle logistics interoperability in Automobile Ro-Ro terminal,setting up the functional area of terminal interoperability station according to the actual operation situation and demand,and giving the calculation formula of the area of each functional area.This paper studies the layout of the railway line introduced into the intermodal station of the Automobile Ro-Ro terminal.The concept of coordination of wharf operation capacity is put forward,the system of operation capacity is divided,and the measurement method of coordination degree of operation capacity of wharf intermodal station is discussed.(3)An optimization model for the layout of intermodal station of the Automobile Ro-Ro terminal is constructed,aiming at maximizing the comprehensive correlation of functional areas,the shortest total vehicle flow time,the highest land utilization rate and the maximum capacity coordination.Considering that the functional areas do not overlap,do not exceed the site boundary,and the operation capacity per unit time is greater than the minimum demand capacity of the wharf.According to the constraints,a genetic algorithm based on feasible solution generation strategy is designed to solve the problem.At the same time,according to the actual size and shape of the site,the adjustment strategy of the layout of terminal intermodal station with simple and irregular shape is studied.(4)Taking Dalian Ro-Ro Terminal intermodal station as an example,the layout optimization scheme is designed.The optimization results show that compared with the existing layout,the terminal intermodal station has added functional areas and improved the service function system;The area and location of the functional area are more reasonable.The total transit time of the intermodal transport is shortened by 15.85%,the operational capability bottleneck is increased by 13.2%,and the capability coordination degree is increased by 17.4%.The feasibility and applicability of the proposed layout optimization method are verified.?Figure 48,table 17,and reference 70.
