A Study On Optimization Of Finished Vehicle Intermodal Transportation Networks For DH Automobile Company

With a rapid development of automotive market,market demands for vehicle transportation are increasing.Auto OEMs are looking for better logistic solutions.At the meanwhile,the implementation of new regulation,GB 1589-2016,pushes the cost of road transportation using only highway up to a higher level,which dives an increase of demands for multi-model transportation in order to save cost.Within such environment,DH automobile company is also facing to optimize its logistic network for whole automobile vehicle,in a deep way,in order to further reduce cost,better secure its service,as well as to avoid business risk,which will help to improve the competiveness of the enterprises.In this thesis,a new transportation model,which based on a hub-and-spoke intermodal transportation network using warehouse as the axis,was proposed for DH automobile company.This proposal considered an improved planning of the collaboration of main logistic channels and the allocation of transfer warehouses.Related theories of supply chain management and production & operation management were referred and reflected in this thesis.Firstly,it summarizes the development of DH automobile company intermodal transport,introduces the production organization mode,sales process and automobile vehicle logistics mode,and analyzes the current situation of DH automobile company intermodal transport.Secondly,the problems of DH automobile company intermodal transport are analyzed,and the source of the problem is identified through the analysis of logistics lead time,main logistics channel planning,front-end volume consolidation,trunk-to-branch connection,vehicle logistics information system and multi-objective optimization.On the basis of the above-mentioned research,from the prediction-driven trunk transportation mode,order-driven branch transportation mode,urban agglomeration analysis and transfer warehouse location,automobile hub-and-spoke intermodal transportation networks planning,information integration and collaborative decision support,intermodal transport horizontal and vertical collaboration,route selection optimization.And puts forward the optimization strategy of DH automobile company commodity automobile intermodal transportation networks.Through the construction of the hub-and-spoke intermodal transportation networks with the transfer warehouse as the axis,the construction of the transportation guarantee system for one million commodity automobile of DH Automobile Company is realized.
