| Driven by deepening the reform of electric power system,the construction of electric power infrastructure has achieved sustained development.With the gradual development of energy construction aiming at carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China’s power design companies are not only experiencing a critical period of reform and transformation,but also in a period of accelerated development.At the beginning of the 14 th five-year plan,the power development plan has been gradually adjusted to improve the power supply capacity,improve the overall efficiency of the power system,drive the power green transformation and upgrading as the main development direction.The research object of this paper is NH Company,which was established in 1993.Its main business is power design services,not only the traditional infrastructure power design,but also new energy,energy storage,survey,technical consultation,etc.The business is mainly distributed in Guangdong Province.NH Company,horizontal mergers and acquisitions were carried out,which not only expanded the personnel,but also expanded the market scope in April 2021.In December 2021,NH Company was acquired by China Southern Power Grid Industry Investment Group Co.,Ltd.,and its industry status has been improved accordingly,and its own operating conditions are also on the rise.This paper uses the relevant theories,methods and tools of strategic management to conduct an in-depth analysis of the external environment and internal environment of NH company,and formulate the management strategy of NH company.This paper firstly summarizes the theoretical basis and related tools and methods of the research,and uses these theories and methods to analyze the internal and external environment of NH company,and obtains the development opportunities and threats of NH company through the analysis of PEST model and five forces model.The analysis of capability and value chain summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of NH Company.Through the analysis of SWOT matrix model,it proposes the optional strategic plan of NH Company.Combined with the strategic goal of NH Company,it proposes the content of the business strategy and the measures to implement the strategy.In summary,NH company needs to be in the risk controllable scope,in-depth around the needs of customers,the needs of the target market for segmentation,to promote the implementation of differentiation strategy.At the same time,it is necessary to promote the effective implementation of the business strategy,strengthen the implementation of the decomposition of the strategy,and promote the security of the business strategy in place.On this basis,it is necessary to improve the company’s organizational support,strengthen the support of technical support,improve the management of talent,improve cost control,optimize and coordinate the office system,promote the corporate culture to promote NH Company’s strategic development,and then assist NH company to achieve its strategic goals.The research of this paper not only puts forward the management strategy and implementation measures for the sustainable development of NH Company,but also provides some reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises in the power industry to formulate their management strategies. |
